Apartment Mimosa is one of the 5  apartments we rent out, situated in Villa Etoile d’Esterel in Agay. This well maintained villa, with private pool, is very well situated at walking distance to the sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. The beautiful red Esterel Mountains are at the back-round and inviting you for a long walk!

All apartments ( Apartment Mimosa – Apartment Hibiscus – Apartment Laurier – Apartment Rose – Apartment Lavande) have their own private terrace, modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. There is Satellite TV, radio with cd-player and wifi (Internet).
The villa offers a washing machine room and a private parking place for each apartment.
In the garden you will find some nice sunny and shade terraces and around the (heated) pool (8 x 4m) there are sufficient sun beds and seats.
All is available for a nice and relaxing holiday!

Apartment Mimosa is suitable for 2 persons, situated at the ground-floor, and the lay-out is as follows:

Villa Aubanel is located 1 km from the beach of La Nartelle in Sainte Maxime and it is one of the privileged villas of the Domaine La Nartelle, renowned for its high standing and its prestigious villas! The environment is very calm and the area is planted with century-old umbrella pines; ‘Les Pins Parasols’.

This luxury villa with lovely pool, putting green, jeu-de-boules-court is also situated close to the golf course of Sainte Maxime and has lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbours! There is a beautiful and well-kept garden, again with large ‘Pins-Parasols’.

The villa has 5 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms and an office with extra ‘click-clack’ double sofa bed so it is available for max 12 persons.
Twice a week the hotel cleaning service for the villa comes and the outdoor area’s will be taken care of by the gardener and pool company.

The layout is as follows: Driveway with closed gate, entrance of the villa, hall, with guest toilet, office room with veranda looking the living room/lounge area. Connecting door through the hall to the first bedroom wing with 2 bedrooms (one with airconditioning) and a bathroom with bathtub and 2nd toilet.
Via the hals a smal staircase leads to the living-room with 2 x 2 doors to the terrace at the villa, continuing into the pool area.
The living room has at the right hand side a connection to the dining room with open kitchen, equipped with all appliances, and at the left hand side a door to the second bedroom wing, a few steps below, with again 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a washing room with washing machine / dryer. The 5th bedroom has a separate entrance and has an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with shower and toilet.
Alle rooms are equipped with fixed in cupboards.

Around the pool one can find a spacious terrace and a second terrace at the same level near the kitchen area. Steps leads you to the garden with sun beds which welcome you to relax, lay-down and enjoy the sun or step into the next field, to the putting green and jeu-de-boules area and start practising! The villa has a garage, is very private situated, has no over-view from the neighbours and has a GREAT sea view!

Situated at only 500 metres from the typical French village of Spéracèdes – not far from Cabris and Grasse- with a cafe bar and general store selling local vegetables along with other essentials. The village is perfect for a pre morning stroll for coffee.

The villa, set in the hillside within an olive grove and mature fruit trees, is available for 10 persons and has 180-degree views, look up to the old village of Cabris and Castle ahead, there are stunning sea views towards the Bay of Cannes and the islands in front off Cannes, linked by beautiful mountains to the west to see the large ‘Lac de Saint-Cassien’, which is a short drive away.

The villa is welcoming and newly decorated. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and bright lounge with high quality furnishing, sky TV, music system, wifi and also from inside this panoramic mountain, sea- and lake views.
There is an utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and drying area and the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, serving bowls, crockery etc. There is an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher and the kitchen is located off the lounge/dining area and connected to a covered outside terrace/dining area with views and has a large private infinity pool.

Resident red squirrels often visit and eagles fly high above circling on the thermals. There are lots of sitting spots around the garden, including a hammocks for that afternoon nap, or with a good book. There is a boules-court and table tennis and the outside lighting for the pool and terraces allows you to enjoy dinner on the east and west terraces, by the swimming pool, under the stars and perhaps have a night swim.

To do:
At the villa are books, sky TV, music system, wifi, board games, jeux de boules, pool games, table tennis and plenty of sitting and viewing spots around the garden.
Swimming in the beautiful infinity pool with mountain, sea- and lake views is not to be missed or relax on one of the sun terraces. Maybe later watch the sun go down from one of the ‘sundowner’ terraces before starting on the BBQ.
Also, in the close by area there are many things to do including various water activities at the nearby lake de Saint-Cassien. Cycling into the hills with the option to ride on a ‘Tour de France’ route. Tennis courts and golf courses are very close by and not to mention the many local villages and markets for shopping or lunch.
Take picnics down to the lake and river, or have a day at the beach and do not forget to take walks from the house or further up into the hills of the Var.
It’s only a short drive from some of the very best places on the Riviera. Stroll along the Croisette in Cannes, where in May the film stars gather for the film festival and a great place to sit at a cafe and watch people. Visit the harbour in Antibes and, for exclusive shopping, visit Monaco, an hour’s drive away. Italy’s Ligurian coast is only one and a half hour’s drive!

Beautifully located in the green area ‘Les Pins Parasols’ in La Bouverie, near the vineyards and the Esterel massif, is this  detached villa situated on a very private plot (approx. 1.300 m2 ). There is a private swimming pool and a very attractive garden (S/W) with beautiful plants & trees, an enclosed patio, various seating areas and lots of privacy!

The city of Les Arcs-sur-Argens is within 15 minutes drive with the well-known wine chateaux Font du Broc and Sainte Rosaline. Other wine domaines as Grand Esclans, Chateau des Desmoiselles and Domaine Jas de Esclans are situated at a few km.

Coastal places as Sainte Maxime and Frejus are at about 15 to 20 minutes’ drive with the nearest beaches. To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Villa Hameau de Valescure

Villa Hameau de Valescure; Close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green area at a private flat plot of about 6.000 m2 you will find Villa Hameau de Valescure. No neighbours to see anywhere in and around the villa and its park.
Beautiful trees and yet close to all facilities and the beaches we offer you this spacious ground-floor ‘architect designed villa’ (ca. 200 m2) with 4 bedrooms. There is a modern private salt water swimming pool (10 x 5m) (redone in 2017), in a landscaped parkgarden and, as mentioned, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Agay, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 till 10 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: driveway to the villa with sufficient parking places, entrance, hal way, large and bright living with doors over the full length of the living room to the outside terrace (west) and garden. Great views into the green and trees. At the other side of the lounge area, with tv-set and open fire place, there is a library area with lots of books and behind the lounge you will find the dining area, also with doors to a dining terrace with barbecue area. There is a fully equipped closed kitchen with door to the outside dining area and a connection to the washing machine area with washing machine and dryer.
Through the hallway the corridor leads to the bedrooms; at the end the masterbedroom with double bed, 2 x 2 doors to the outside terrace (w) airconditioning and a large private dressing. The second bedroom is also situated at the garden side with doors to the terrace (w) and also has a double bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are opposite these 2 bedrooms, also very quiet situated, and 1 has a double bed and the other one 2 x single beds and a desk.
The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and the second bathroom has a shower. There are separate toilets.

The terrain of about 6000 m2 is flat and ideal to play all kind of ball games or grab a sun-bed and relax in the nature and enjoy the songs of the birds. One of the trees has a swing. The pool has roman steps so you can go slowly cool down in the inviting water. Around the pool area there are terraces and lots of lawn to relax and enjoy the sun. Around the villa there are several terraces and also a terrace near the kitchen with the dining table.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay at 5car minutes and shops are also nearby.

Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul etc. etc. This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.

In the green area of La Bouverie you will find this beautifully situated villa Cigales with private pool, separate bar and Dart area and sleeping space up to 11 persons.
The villa is fully equipped with air-con, not far from the shopping center, near connecting roads to the old village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and the Lac Arena.
Going to the other side you are close to a shopping centre with daily fresh bread. The beaches are at about 15 minutes drive.

The lay-out of the villa is as follows: Closed gate with parking place for 4-5 cars, bar-area with large table and dart-place, entrance villa, living room with enormous couch, air con, stairs to the ‘vide’ with again a large sitting area with 4 extra sofa beds. Via the living there is a connection to the modern and well equipped kitchen with all appliances. The living and kitchen both have fully opening sliding doors to the large terraces along the villa. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and stairs to an open upper floor with extra dressing and 3rd bed. Connected is the first bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool can be heated which can be very nice in the mid- and low- season and in the garden there is also a ‘Jeux-de-boules-court’.

Situated near the centre of Les Issambres is this villa, at a higher level (stairs to go up), with lots of privacy  and GREAT sea view!!

In the villa, only the upper part is available for the renters and when you book this villa, there ar no other guests.
The  villa  can accommodate 4 persons.

There are  2 bedrooms, one with double bed with doors to the terrace with great sea-view and the other bedroom, situated at the back side, has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted-in wardrobes. There is a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Als the kitchen is modern with all appliances and there is a bright and large living with lounge and dining area. The living has a glass wall over the entire with of the house to the large terrace with fixed BBQ and GREAT SEA-VIEW.

Around the villa there is a beautiful garden, again with this great sea-view, and there are several terraces to relax and enjoy the sun and view.

The bakery and other shops for daily needs as well as cozy restaurants and beach bars are at walking distance. Not to far away you will find the harbor where you can find the “bateau vert ‘, a bus-boat, which goes 2 x per hour to St. Tropez.

You can reach this part of Southern France easily by car, by train and by airplane.

LUXERY VILLA WITH HOTEL FACILITIES!!
Villa Pastorale, originally designed as a ‘mas’ that represents the traditional style, is situated in the centre of the old Valescure area of Saint Raphael, famous for its microclimate at about 5 minutes from the beach of Agay and, at the other site, the beach of Saint Raphaël. Three famous and traditional golf courses are just a few meters away! The tranquility of this place provides a serene holiday while you can also play the pétanque game or just relax by the pool (15 x 4.5m). The garden, with typical Mediterranean plants, is secluded and offers lots of space. In the garden you will find an outside barbecue area with lounge and dining table. There is a separate pool house with extra shower and dressing, and at the ground floor of the villa a sauna with shower area and a small gym for your daily workouts. There also is a table-tennis available

The villa is been fully renovated and the owner has put a great attention to conserve the authenticity. The interior is been decorated with great taste and harmony associating colours, fabrics with a lot of charm. Lots of show business celebrities are been welcomed here and we look forward to welcome you as well! Next to a large lounge and dining area of about 70m2 with 6m high ceilings, there is a bar, often busy during cocktail hours. An extra sitting room with fire place is very comfortable and the ideal place to read. Above the living you will find the ‘vide & entresol’ with extra lounge area. The villa offers overal lots of space. There are 5 bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace or balcony and an extra smal apartment (no view), with a bedroom with double bed and singe bed, a private kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is ideal for the nanny or larger children.

The format is as follows:
Entree large covered parking for 3 cars, , hallway with guest toilet, lounge/living, dining area, pantry connected to a large kitchen with all appliances, 2 x oven and 2 x induction cooker, large fridges etc. The villa offers a variatie of luxury tableware to lunch and dine in style. Next to the kitchen you will find a lingerie and laundry enable to do all the different daily tasks in comfort. Connected to the hallway and lounge you will find the ‘corner fire’ with a very large fireplace.
Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with restroom, decorated with different tones of blue in order to give a Mediterranean identity, are situated on the ground floor.
At the floor a boudoir opens up to two bedrooms, again each with en-suite bathrooms and toilet en doors to a terrace and large private situated ‘solarium’ overlooking the green of the area.
The annex is equipped with a living, kitchenette, bedroom with double and single bed and private shower.
All the bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning.

There is a daily hotel cleaning service (mon-fri) for the villa and the outdoor area’s will be taken care of by the gardner and pool company.

The swimming pool of 15 meters by 4,5 meters is secured by an electric stiff roller blind.
A long covered terrace offers a summer lounge and dining area with a large barbecue which can be a real summer kitchen, all situated next to the lawn extending to the swimming pool.
The carport can cover 4 cars.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, and Agay at 10 car minutes and shops nearby. Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, etc. In the winter there are skiing facsilities at 2 hours drive (Auron, Isola 2000, Valberg). This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday.

In this part of southern France, the Cote d’Azur, we count with 300 days of sunshine per year!
In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on saturday.

Villa Horizon

Villa Horizon; At the top of the hill with beautiful views to the sea and the horizon is this VERY LARGE coastal villa with private pool for rent at les Issambres, Côte d’Azur. The house offers luxury interiors.
From the terrace you will enjoy great views towards Saint Tropez en the villa offers sleeps up to 14 persons but as from 10 persons we need to check with the owner. All rooms have Dyson air-con ventilators with remote control which cools like airconditioning!

Living, Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa has a modern living, which is stylishly and colorfully decorated. A large comfortable sitting area is set in a certain way so you have an overlook on the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Provencal hills. The dining room has an open fireplace. TV with a wide range of international channels, DVD player, WIFI.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, stove coffee maker and kettle and there is an annex with an extra double fridge. From the living room, dining room and kitchen there is direct access to the terrace with a large dinning table. On the other side of the terrace, which covers the full length of the villa, there is a large lounge area with an outside bar and barbeque area.

There are 5 bedrooms equipped with king-size beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds most of them with doors to a balcony or terrace; All rooms are located on the seaside of the villa. The Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 & 3 are located on the top floor. On the living room floor you will find another 2 bedrooms and bedroom 6 and 7 are situated on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. You wake up with a beautiful view on the Mediterranean Sea in every single room; Most of the bathrooms are en-suite and have a modern shower and or bath facilities with sink. All bed-rooms have Dyson air-con ventilators with remote control. Furthermore you will find on the pool floor an extra separate toilet and shower. The villa also has a room with washing machine, dryer.

Pool & Garden
The villa offers – apart from the sundeck by the pool – a south facing terrace that is equipped with a fully automated canopy. The terrace is on the same level as the living. This covered terrace has a large dining table and at the other side a lounge set with outdoor bar and barbeque area and an uninterrupted view over the bay and the provencal hills. From this terrace a staircase leads to the lower terrace and pool.

The villa is built on 5000 square meters of land and features a three level garden overlooking the bay and hills. Ideal for children! The whole terrain has been fenced and is very private and secluded from the road.

The swimming pool (10×5 meters) has easy steps to go in- and out. The sun position is excellent; both the villa and pool area are facing south. The pool is sheltered and very private equipped with sun-beds, garden table with chairs, 2 lounge seats and 2 umbrellas. A great place to enjoy and relax with a larger group and the villa also offers ample parking for 4 to 5 cars.

Out & About
Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their expansive sandy beaches. If you drive down the hill with the car you reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. This villa is situated on top of a hill in Les Issambres with south view. Within 15 minutes, by car, you reach Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is 26 km driving distance, which can take, between 30 min to 1,5 hours depending on the time of day.

However in July and August Saint Tropez is reachable by shuttle boat (Bateaux Verts). From the harbor in Les Issambres ( 5 min drive from the villa) every hour and from the harbor of Sainte Maxime (15 min from the villa) every 20 minutes. There are 8 golf courses within 4 to15 km distance from the villa.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on sunday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible. The prices below are with an occupancy of 10 persons.
