Sainte-Maxime: Attractive and colorful villa located near the golf courses of Sainte Maxime with the beach of La Nartelle.. The villa is very quiet situated in a residential area, with lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbors. Villa Belle Vue offers 5 bedrooms, equipped with 12 beds, 4 bathrooms, spacious terraces, lawn to play and beautiful views!
There is a (heated) swimming pool and plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing holiday.

The format is as follows:
closed automatic gate to the site with ample parking for several cars.
Entrance to the villa on the middle level, hall with cloakroom and guest toilet, spacious living room with sitting area, largeTV  screen, dining area and sliding doors to the poolside terrace with partly covered terrace with lounge sofas.
Through the living room access to the large kitchen  with second dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and also has sliding doors to the second covered terrace, situated  on the garden side. Here is also a large dining table and a gas BBQ.

The bedrooms are spread over 3 levels, the master bedroom occupying the entire first floor. This room has a spacious private terrace* with a beautiful view and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.  On this floor there also is a small office which could be used by the renters.
At the living room level, the hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and 2 with doors to the poolside terrace. The 3rd bedroom on this floor also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and the other 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom with bath and shower facilities.Here one can also find the washing machine.
The 5th bedroom is located on the lowest level of the villa. This room is very  spacious had has a double bed and 2 single beds,  sliding doors to the lower garden / driveway and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin furniture and toilet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Around the poolarea, the  pool can be heated, there are sun-beds and the outdoor lounge-area. The garden, located around the house, is spacious and offers opportunities to play (football, badminton),  sunbathe and there also is  a ping-pong table.
*For hygiene reasons, the Jacuzzi on the terrace in the master bedroom is not in use when renting.

Close to Cannes, a few minutes from the beaches, the harbor of La Napoule and the center of Mandelieu with all shops and restaurants is this villa situated  in the beautiful domaine “Le Grand Duc” with various luxury properties. This luxury and 24/7 secure domaine, including a caretaker, security service and alarm center,  is located in an area of ​​approximately 100 hectares. There are various sports facilities including a gym, tennis court, 2 x 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole golf course “Old Course” and “Barbossi Golf”; the former “Riviera Golf”.

You will find this cozy villa with private pool and GREAT SEA VIEW to the bay of Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat at the dead end of a quiet street. There is a bright and luxurious living with a large terrace continuing into the garden and on the living level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Theoule-sur-Mer, Villa Josephine a ‘Jazzy house’ with a great sea-view to Cannes!

This beautiful and very cozy villa is situates in the hills and at 15 minutes walkin distance to the beaches and centre of the charming village of Theoule-sur-Mer. The villa is ‘build into the mountains’ at the side which can be experienced into some rooms. There is an AMAZING SEA VIEW to Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat, situated before Cannes.
There are 4 bedrooms all with doors to the outside area with the pool, two bathrooms and a very bright and clear living with a large terrace. The property has a private pool  and airconditioning in the living and masterbedroom.

The lay-out is as follows: parking space in front of the entrance;  closed gate with stairs to the entrance of the villa at the garden level. On this level the bedrooms are situates as well as the pool with ‘ever green grasveld’ and terrace. Look at the pictures for the great view one has here all over the Mediterranee up to Cannes!
For the bedrooms there is 1 bedroom with bunk-bed, 3 with double bed and direct acces to the side garden with pool! The masterbedroom has a private bathroom with shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin.
In the hallway a staircase leads to the bright living with lounge and dining area. Due to the fact that the whole side is covered with window’s one could imagine to be on a yacht since the view to the sea is amazing!
The living has doors to  the large terrace of about 75m2 with various seats, dining table and BBQ area. Through the living the kitchen can be reached with all appliances and again doors to the large terrace in front.

The garden, with the private pool (6 x 3.50m) is well  maintained and offers a lot f privacy. Also at the ground floor and around the pool, there is a lange terrace and sun-lounge area.

The villa  is situated near villa Oneiro what makes it interesting for a holiday with more families!

Is a beautiful, very private situated, modern and bright villa, equipped with airconditioning, with 5 bedrooms ( 10 persons) of which 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with private bathroom! There is a great sea-view and the location is in a secured domaine at walking distance to the city centre, beach and restaurants of Agay.

There is a private swimming-pool in a beautiful and well maintained flat garden and with GREAT sea-view to one side and GREAT view to the Esterel mountains at the other side.

The lay-out of the villa:
Private entrance with closed gate and parking place for 2/3 cars. Entrance villa, spacious hallway with guest toilet and connection to the sports room and 3 bedrooms but also  entering the large and bright living with glass wall over the full with with great sea-view and entrance to the garden with several terrasse, playground, private pool and great sea-view.
The living offers  a lounge and dining area with a modern open, well equipped kitchen  with breakfast bar and all appliances. Next to the kitchen a second kitchen is situated with a door to the side terrace and again several extra appliances. The appliances:  oven, microwave,  washing machine, dryer, American fridge, dishwasher, gas- and induction cooking area etc.etc.
The lounge area has satellite television & music facilities, and the masterbedroom is situated at the terrace side.

Villa Arcade d’Antheor

Villa Arcade d’Antheor is realy located directly behind the characteristic arches of Antheor at ONLY 60 meters from the sandy beach and at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel. From the villa one has great sea- and nature views!

This villa (approx. 215m2) with 2  separate units, each with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom,  has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and various terraces.
There is a small  “plunge pool” and a cozy garden with various seats and ofcourse the sea almost in the back-yard! Both units have airconditioning. Available up to 12 persons and due to the 2 fully equipped units, ideal for more families!

The format is as follows:
entrance via staircase to the floor, spacious hall, first living room with airconditioning, sliding doors to the first balcony, located at the front, and a sliding door to the terrace on the side; both with beautiful views of the Esterel mountains and the sea!

Maison Elouise

Maison “Elouise” can accommodate up to 5 persons. The house is semi-detached and equipped with air-conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern ‘en-suite’ bathroom, extra sleeping space in the separated part of the living room, a front and back garden (S) with lots of privacy, and located in the luxury domaine with spacious pool.

The layout is as follows: front garden with covered terrace and seating. Entrance, bright living room with 2 x 2 doors to the garden. The living room is enlarged with a part of the garage, where the lounge area is placed with sofa bed (extra sleeping place for 5th guest). There is an open kitchen with cooking island and has a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. The kitchen is well equipped.
Via the open staircase you can reach the floor which is been completely renovated. A large storage closet with roller shutter has been placed in the stairwell. There is a modern fully tiled toilet with hand washbasin. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, is located on the side of the house and has a fixed in wall closet. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x box-spring) and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In a concealed arrangement, the washing machine is been placed. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating and has a ‘reversible’ air conditioning system.The backyard (plein Sud) is nicely laid out with various seats and sun-beds. There is a spacious terrace of approx. 40 m2 of which about 25m2 is covered and equipped with on outdoor dining area and gas-barbecue.

This accommodation is situated in the secured domaine “Green Village”, between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf, halfway up the hill between the golf course and the famous vineyard ‘Domaine Les Planes’.

Green Village is a great location not only for golf players but also for beach lovers, couples with young children or couples with small pets. The domaine has a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At the driveway you will find a child friendly equestrian center and ‘Les Hautes du Golf’ also has 3 beautiful situated tennis courts.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

In Les Issambres, near the center, you will find this modern villa with 5 bedrooms, airconditioning, private pool & garage. Quietly situated on a beautiful plot of 1650 m2 with a view in the green and a small sea-view and at only a few minutes distance from the village, the harbor, the bakery and the beaches of Les Issambres (located between St. Tropez and Cannes).

Villa La Gazza Ladra

This modern and well maintained villa with private pool and magnificent sea views is completely fenced and situated in the green area, bordering on the protected nature area of Les Issambres. Close to the bottom of the Col de Bougnon with the coastal road leads you to the village, with its beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, and to Ste. Maxime. A lovely holiday area and sun for sure!

All rooms in the villa are equipped with air-conditioning and the lay-out is as follows: Gated entrance with parking, front garden with extra dining table to look awn in the beautiful green nature; entree villa with a cozy and bright living room and sliding doors to the back-terrace over the full with of the villa with a great sea-view. Villa Beau Rivage

Sainte-Maxime: beautifully situated individual villa with airconditioning & garage, in Domaine Beau Rivage, just at about 300 m.by feet from of the beach/sea and close to the centre of Les Issambres, and to the coastal road direction Sainte Maxime. The bakery and other shops for daily needs as well as cozy restaurants and beach bars are at walking distance. Also close you will find the harbor where you can find the “bateau vert ‘, a bus-boat, which goes 2 x per hour to St. Tropez.

The villa’s in this small private domaine have a private pool and Villa Beau Rivage is situated at the end of the lawn at a very private spot with lot of privacy. There are 3 bright bedrooms and the villa is available for  6 persons. A childbed is also available. There is a front, side and back garden, with nice covered terrace and lawns, and a large terrace around the pool where you can relax and enjoy the delicious way of French life. The format is as follows: private gate and driveway to garage. Entrance of the villa, hallway with guest toilet, and connection door to the garage with second large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The very bright living room, with TV-set, lounge- and dinner area, has 2 x 2 doors connecting to the covered terraces with outside table and BBQ area. At the side there is a lawn to enjoy the sun in relaxing chairs and sun-beds. Through the livingroom there is a well equipped open kitchen with most appliances like a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and normal oven. The staircase leads to the floor with 3 bright bedroom, all with ‘box-sping’ single beds (90 x 2m) and fixed wardrobes. The large and bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, a second toilet and a double washbasin. The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

You can reach this part of Southern France easily by car, by train and by airplane.
 To avoid the busy coast way in the high season, you can reach St Tropez also easy by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Ste. Maxime.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Villa Belle Helene

Located at ‘The Grand Boucharel’, next to a nature area is villa Belle Helene situated. A quiet villa neighborhood between Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres and…..very close to the sea!

This comfortable villa with private pool and sea-view has 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 8 persons. The villa  has a cozy high ceiling living room with sitting and dining area, a well equipped kitchen with large American fridge/freezer with ice cubs machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.etc. and both, from the kitchen as well as from the living, doors connected to the large terrace. The terrace continue into a side terrace with outdoor kitchen and Bbq place, all around the vila to the back end with a covered parking place and sufficient parking places for more cars.

The layout is as follows, driveway through a closed gate to the parking area, entrance villa, large living with 2 x 2 doors connected to the terrace, well equipped kitchen again with doors to the terrace, first bedroom with double bed, airconditioning, large wardrobe, First bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower facilities and toilet. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, both with airconditioning, double beds and a large wardrobe. The second modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, double washbasin and a toilet. At this floor you will also find a large  ‘vide/entresol’ with a view to the living. At the living floor a door leads to the staircase connected to the lowest ‘te cool’ level with the 4th bedroom, also with a double bed and wardrobe. The 3rd bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, washbasin and toilet. At this floor you will also find  a separate wasmachine room with wash machine and dryer as well as a large play-room with doors to leading to the terrace at the other side of the villa.

At this level the pool is situated, surrounded with a large terrace with relaxing sun-beds. The outside area of the villa is well maintained with lots of cozy area’s with seats and tables in the sun- and shadow. Villa Belle Helene is a recommendable villa for a great and relaxing holiday!
