The villa is totally been renovated and enlarged in 2002 and is located at only 800 m. from the village center and the beach. There are 3 levels, with at the lowest level the pool house with outdoor kitchen and pool with sun loungers and lounge sets to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and sea-view.
The 4 apartments are situated at the 1st and second level and each of them are approximately 80 m2. They all have their own private terrace with beautiful sea view, a living room with open kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and a toilet and can also be rented separately: apartments

Due to the location you are assured of a quiet holiday but if you want to be ‘in the middle’ of the excitement, you are within 5 minutes in the coastal town of Les Issambres.

Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael and Sainte Maxime on the coast road to Saint-Tropez. This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud (21 km), a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud (5 km away) and La Garde Freinet (15 km away), once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also you can see the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain (14 km, mountain boots is enough) You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean.
Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.

Villa Pastorale, originally designed as a ‘mas’ that represents the traditional style, is situated in the centre of the old Valescure area of Saint Raphael, famous for its microclimate at about 5 minutes from the beach of Agay and, at the other site, the beach of Saint Raphaël. Three famous and traditional golf courses are just a few meters away! The tranquility of this place provides a serene holiday while you can also play the pétanque game or just relax by the pool (15 x 4.5m). The garden, with typical Mediterranean plants, is secluded and offers lots of space. In the garden you will find an outside barbecue area with lounge and dining table. There is a separate pool house with extra shower and dressing, and at the ground floor of the villa a sauna with shower area and a small gym for your daily workouts. There also is a table-tennis available

The villa is been fully renovated and the owner has put a great attention to conserve the authenticity. The interior is been decorated with great taste and harmony associating colours, fabrics with a lot of charm. Lots of show business celebrities are been welcomed here and we look forward to welcome you as well! Next to a large lounge and dining area of about 70m2 with 6m high ceilings, there is a bar, often busy during cocktail hours. There are 5 bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace or balcony and an extra smal apartment (no view), with a bedroom with double bed and singe bed, a private kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is ideal for the nanny or larger children.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, and Agay at 10 car minutes and shops nearby. Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, etc. In the winter there are skiing facsilities at 2 hours drive (Auron, Isola 2000, Valberg). This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday.

Villa Eole Roc

Wonderful luxury villa with climatisation in all the bedrooms (but for 1), swimming pool pool (4×9 m and 1,2 – 2m. deep) and sea-view in Antheor, Agay, Saint Raphael on the French Riviera.
The house consist of three units with own entrance and each their kitchen and bathroom, so this property is perfect for larger groups or several families who wants to enjoy a vacation together. The three units can NOT be rented seperately. This villa has been very tastefully renovated and decorated and has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation.

Villa Eole Roc is located 100 m over sea level and has a great view on the Esterel mountains and the sea. Only a few minutes by foot from both sand and stone beaches. At the sand beach you will also find a small shop where you can buy the most necessary groceries and some restaurants. At  10-15 minutes by car away you will find the golf court Golf de Valescure, which is the oldest golf course in the Var. Just behind the house you will find the beautiful Esterel mountains where you can go hiking and enjoy the nature.

The villa is about 225 m2 and the layout:

Note: The railroad track runs just behind the house- in between the house and the Esterel mountains but it does not give an loud noice due to to the protecting wall which is been placed.
Distances: Anthéor is a small gemt on the French Riviera only 30 minutes from the famous film city, Cannes and 20 minutes from Saint Raphael. Agay is 5 minutes away by car and offers many nice restaurants and shops, beaches and watersports. The distance from Nice airport is 50 minutes by car. The Distance to the Gorges du Verdon  is about 100 km and for skiing the distance to Isola 2000 is about 125 km.

Beautiful renovated old ‘Mas’ (1810) with large pool (12x6m), living area of about 210 m2 and located within walking distance of the village center of the Provencal village of Saint Paul en Forêt. At about 30 minutes from Cannes and Fréjus and 15 minutes from the Lac de St. Cassien. Beginning 2016 this accommodation is been fully equipped with airconditioning. The villa it selves is available from 2 – 6 persons and there is a beautiful cottage, with 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate another 4 persons. What makes this accommodation available from 2, up to 10 persons.

The format of the villa is as follows; driveway, entrance villa, hall with wardrobe, toilet and access to the living room with fireplace, dining room, open kitchen with all appliances and French doors to the terrace located on the ‘park-side’. That option is now within your reach. We offer at “Domaine Des Planes”, a Provençal winery with organically processed vineyards of approximately 30 ha., a charming and rural apartment for rent.

Each tenant receives a nice bottle of ‘House-Wine” from the wine-producer and, during you stay, an information tour through the wine-area and on the ‘Chateau ‘ where you will be informed how these organically treated grapes makes this lovely wine. Wine that won many prizes at the Concours Général in Paris! Of course you are invited to taste the different types of wine….  The slogan of Domaine des Planes is ” Ici Bacchus a trouvé son Paradis ” and we do agree; this environment can really be called Paradise!

Near the apartment a spacious natural pool of 15m x 22m is located. In summer the avarage temperatures are between 22 and 28 degrees C. and, on a biological vineyard, the swimming pool is completely organic. This means no chemicals in this very soft water!

The apartment has a sitting room and a bedroom and can be rented for 2 persons. If you would like to come with more persons, there is a possibility to rent the adjacent villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms en is for rent for 4 persons. Villa Raima

Charming villa with airconditioning, private pool, four bedrooms and beautiful sea views. Situated on the Col de Bougnon in Les Issambres, just 5 minutes drive from the village with cozy restaurants and beach bars. Down at the “Col de Bougnon”, the coastal road brings you to Ste. Maxime (right) and Les Issambres (left) with the port where you have the “bateau vert”, a bus-boat which brings you in the season 2 x per hour to St. Tropez.

From this room the modern kitchen with all appliances and a utility room with washing machine and second fridge is to be reach. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with toilet, bath and double sink. Floor: second living room with patio doors to a large balcony / terrace with lovely views to the Mediterranean sea and the nature behind the Col de Bougnon. The 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds are on the 1st floor. Two bedrooms have French doors to the garden and / or balcony. Also on this floor the second, recently completed, bathroom with shower and toilet located.
The villa has a DVD player, satellite TV and WIFI (throughout the villa and terrace) is present. The “cactus / prick-garden ‘, makes this villa less suitable for small children.
Pets are welcome on request.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on sunday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Bergerie La Fontaine

Fully restored bergerie, with the use of old materials, WITH PRIVATE POOL, in Ste. Maxime – near St.Tropez.

The villa is located on the border of Plan de La Tour and only 6 km. from the sea. The center of both villages is also at 6 km. Booking this villa will give you rest, quietness, space and a lot of privacy in this beautiful nature surrounding the Bergerie, with no immediate neighbors. A relaxing holiday at the pool, located between the former sheep barn and the villa, more dining tables, sun beds and under the old cork oak you find next to a cozy lounge set, an other table for dining. On the front terrace is is also a lovely place to enjoy a good meal or a cool drink …… The Bergerie /villa is available up to 6 persons.

The format is as follows: driveway to the house, gourd-yard with a large stone fountain which the bergerie owes its name. Entrance, hall / living room with beautiful high ceilings and a stunning high arch window to the rear with natural light and access to the pool terrace. There is a second hall with storage cupboards and a pantry with dishwasher and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the front side of the house and in the living room you will find a cozy fireplace (not to be used), relaxing chairs and sofas, and an open staircase with a loft to the first floor. Here are two desks, doors to the balcony at the front side and access to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a door to the balcony. The first bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom also has access to the balcony at the front. The 3rd bedroom, also with balcony is equipped with a double bed and is located on the top floor.

In the garden there are a hundred year old oak trees, Pin umbrellas and there is plenty of natural vegetation. The Bergerie / Villa is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with lots of privacy!
Situated on 1 hectare of land, located on a stream where two paths start Sentier de la Crete Catalugno the 5.3 km and 5.7 km from Sentier du Beaucas about 2/3 hour walk through the masive Les Baumes, Furthermore, it is reasonable to go cycling vlake roads through vineyards of the French countryside to among others Plan de la Tour It is a beautifull area and the house is great!
The pool is behind the house with great relaxing chairs and terraces. The other building you see on the pictures is the old sheep barn now in use as storage/technical place.

Sainte Maxime (6 km) itself is a modern tourist village with many restaurants and cafes and so we know it with evening musicians and for terraces and of course the necessary painters ……….. Here you will find supermarkets, aphotheek, doctor etc. At Ste. Maxime are also several beaches, both busy and quiet with many bars and restaurants.

Plan de la Tour (6 km) is a very well-preserved old French village with narrow streets and traditional houses painted in the colors of Provence. It is a village where time has stood still with its pavement cafes and restaurants. Here they still taste the peace of the French countryside.

Saint Tropez (about 20km). Who does not know the The village of acquaintances and kingdoms of this earth, it is a charming old fishing town on Thursday with a Provencal market.A visit to Saint Tropez can do best in the summer with the ferry which is very often departs from the port of Ste. Maxime.

Maison Jessica

Maison “Jessica” is located down at the 18 holes Golf-course of Roquebrune sur Argens, and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The owner of this property offers tenants the option to use the four mountain bikes. This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has doors to the secluded garden where you can enjoy the wonderful French sun.

The format is as follows: Private parking, front garden with small terrace, entrance, hall with door to the garage with washing machine and storage space (no place for the car). Guest toilet, spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofa and cozy dining area. Very nice semi open kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, cooking area, oven, microwave and large refrigerator / freezer. Through the hall there are stairs to the floor with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony. The second bathroom has a bath. On this floor is also a separate toilet.

This accommodation is situated in domaine Les Rives du Golf, located between between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. There is a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At a few minutes, direction the beach, one will find a child friendly equestrian center.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!
