Villa Petite Sirene

Villa Petite Sirene is available for 8 till 10 persons. A recently totally new and luxury renovated charming provencal  style villa with authentic design! There is a beautiful large terrace of about 100 m2, facing south, with a modern (heated) swimming pool and various fixed and mobile seats and sun-beds to enjoy the great view at the bay of Saint Tropez.

The villa is located in La Pinede des Issambres, an upscale neighborhood, not far from amenities such as shops,  restaurants, beach, sea etc.

The format is as follows: newly paved driveway with entrance to fully covered carport (2 cars). The entrance is situated at the terrace level with a large hall, living with ‘salon’ and open fireplace, dining area with doors to the terrace, open luxury kitchen with bar/breakfast area an a beautiful Italian designed stove with oven, grill, electric cooking and a pasta-cooking element. The kitchen offers as well another oven, a microwave, a double doors fridge and a pantry for coffee and tea. At the side of the kitchen there are again 2 doors opening to the terrace with great sea-view.

The first bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and private walk-in shower, has doors connection to the large terrace. Also the second bedroom can be found at this level. This large room has, next to a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a lounge area with a ‘click-clack’ (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 extra persons. This room has a en-suite bathroom with walk-in-shower and double washbasin. The toilet is separated in the corridor.

The staircase leads you to the floor with again 2 bedrooms; one with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). In between the 3rd bathroom is situated with shower and double washbasin. There is a separate toilet on this floor. Both bedrooms have doors connection to the upper terrace where you can enjoy with lots of privacy the sun and the beautiful sea-view.

The garden is well maintained and new plants and trees are planted; the large terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the privacy of your rented villa in La Douce France. All furniture and appliances are chosen with a fine taste for design. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning. Add to all of this the calm and the sun, and a carefree and great holiday is waiting for you!

Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael and Sainte Maxime on the coast road to Saint-Tropez. This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud (21 km), a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud (5 km away) and La Garde Freinet (15 km away), once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also you can see the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain (14 km, mountain boots is enough) You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean. Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.

Saint Aygulf, at 2 minutes from the centre and sandy beaches with nice restaurants and relaxing area’s you will find this very well maintained villa with private pool and nice SEA VIEW, at the dead end of a quiet street.

The villa has 3 levels with on each floor a large bedroom with private bathroom. The 4th bedroom is situated at the pool level. This villa can accommodate 8 persons and a childbed is available.

The large swimming pool, with at the mid a cozy round area with seats, is surrounded with a large terrace with 6 loungers to enjoy an undisturbed and relaxing holiday. There is ample parking space for two cars at the plot but outside enough place for more cars.

The format is as follow: stairs to the villa, entrance at the mid-level with access to the spacious and bright living room with sitting and dining area and glas sliding wall to the dining- and very large lounge terras with gorgeous sea view. The modern and bright open kitchen is recently been placed and fully equipped with all appliances. On this floor you will find a guest toilet and the first bedroom with a Auping double bed (1.80mx 2m) and doors to the side-terrace. This room has a large walk-in closet an a private bathroom with shower and double sink. The second bedroom, also with Auping double bed (1.60mx 2m), is to be reached at the top-level, and also has a walk-inn closet and a private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. On this floor there is also an exit through the garage.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are situated at the pool-level. One bedroom with double bed (1.60mx 2m) and  doors to the pool area. The 4th bedroom has a two single Auping beds. The bathroom, with shower, bath, double sink and toilet, is connected at the 3rd bedroom. On this floor you will also find the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning.

Villa Bonheur

Villa Bonheur in Les Issambres is situated only at about 500 m. from the beach! The villa has a separate apartment at the ground floor; what makes this location ideal for holidays for 1 or 2 families with (small) children or accompanying parents. From Villa Bonheur you have a great view at the Mediterranean; the bay of Saint Tropes, all the way to Saint Raphaël. There is a large private, so called salt-water, pool (5 x 10m.) which makes the water soft and gives no skin irritation. Even in low- and mid-season you can have a swim; pool heating is possible! This villa is equipped with airconditioning, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, a separate apartment, a garage and can be rented out up to 8 persons.

The layout is as follows: Gated driveway/entrance, place for 2 cars and possibility to use te garage. Steps outside leads you to the first floor. Entrance of the villa, large and bright living with TV, fireplace, lounge- and dining area. At the front- and the side of the living there are glass sliding doors to the terrace and garden. The terrace at the frontside is adjacent to the living and enlarge the living area and gives a great view at the Mediterranean. The terrace connects with a smal staircase to the garden and the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (also coffee machine and Nespresso) and has a door to the side terrace with stone barbecue and in the summer a electrical Weber Bbq. The corridor through the living leads to the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the 3 bedrooms at this floor. Two of them are situated at the front side with private balcony and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet.  The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower facilities and is to be shared with the other 2 bedrooms. Located at ‘The Grand Boucharel’, a quiet villa neighborhood between Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres and…very close to the sea!

This comfortable villa with private (heated) pool has 6 bedrooms for a maximum of 13 persons. The villa has a cozy living room with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a front terrace with a lot of privacy, a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor and a beautiful recently been places private swimming pool in the back-garden. One of the bedrooms has a private shower, one a private bathroom and there are 2 extra separate bathrooms. The villa is located in a quiet environment only 10 minutes walking downhill to the sea.

The format is as follows: closed gate with driveway (2 cars), front terrace with pergola and outdoor kitchen/bbq, entrance hall, (1st) toilet, first bedroom with 2 single beds, L-shaped, bright living room with fireplace and patio doors to rear balcony, beautiful and large open kitchen with patio doors to the front terrace. In the Grand Boucharel district, a luxury villa area at the beginning of the village of Les Issambres, en not far from the sea, is this beautiful and very full  equipped 8 person villa with (heated) swimming pool and GREAT SEA VIEW located. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has 4 spacious bedrooms, a TV game room, 3 luxury bathrooms, various terraces and for the cooking enthusiasts a fully equipped kitchen with really all appliances! The villa is provided with air conditioning.

The layout is as follows: Closed driveway with covered carport for 2-3 cars. Entrance hall/ hallway with toilet. Access to the cozy decorated living with glass sliding doors, over the entire width, with beautiful sea views and access to the terrace with (heated) swimming pool. In the living room there is a slight rise to the dining area and an open staircase to the master bedroom at the first floor. The kitchen, equipped with all appliances such as American fridge with ice cubes, oven, microwave, 6-burner gas hob, Nespresso coffeemaker, dishwasher etc. etc also has sliding doors to the decking terrace with second dining table. Charming villa with airconditioning, private pool, four bedrooms and beautiful sea views. Situated on the Col de Bougnon in Les Issambres, just 5 minutes drive from the village with cozy restaurants and beach bars. Down at the “Col de Bougnon”, the coastal road brings you to Ste. Maxime (right) and Les Issambres (left) with the port where you have the “bateau vert”, a bus-boat which brings you in the season 2 x per hour to St. Tropez.

The swimming pool (10 x 5m) of this nice Villa has a large surrounding terrace with 4 sunbeds, there is an outdoor shower and several sitting areas including a shaded under the balcony / terrace of the second living room on the first floor.
The format is as follows: entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, door to the first living room with fireplace and patio doors to the pool terrace. From this room the modern kitchen with all appliances and a utility room with washing machine and second fridge is to be reach. Villa Oneiro

Theoule-sur-Mer, Villa Oneiro has a perfect romantic atmosphere and a great sea-view to Cannes!

This beautiful and luxury villa of the 1920’s has an AMAZING SEA VIEW to Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat, situated before Cannes. The villa offers a great atmosphere and has a large private overflow pool with Jacuzzi- and a children area and poolhouse with bar and barbecue area and around the pool there are large and well equipped terraces with dining area’s, lounge chairs, sun-beds etc.etc.
At the top to the hill in the closed garden there is a sports room with again the great view. The 4 bedrooms in this villa all have doors to a balcony or private terrace and tere are well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens!

The garden is beautiful and secluded with lots of flowers and trees and various terraces at different levels to enjoy the quiet area and the great sea-view. 

The lay-out is as follows: closed gate with driveway to the villa with ample parking space. Entree, large and brights living with fire place and doors at 2 sides to the terraces of the pool and to the sea-side, lounge area and dining area, open kitchen with all appliances. Hall way with guest toilet. The staircase, with beautiful stained glass windows, leads to the floor with the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated at the sea-side and both have doors to the terrace, fixed wardrobes and double beds. These 2 rooms share the first bathroom with bathtub, toilet and double washbasins. The 3rd bedroom has a private terrace at the backside of the villa but also with sea-view!. This rooms has 2 single beds and also a fixed wardrobe. The second bathroom, also with bathtub and shower facilities, is situated next to this rooms. There is a separated toilet.
A few steps higher in the hallway, you are entering the very large masterbedroom with a large and private dressing, a bathroom area with washbasin, bathtub, shower and a separate toilet. Furthermore the sleeping area with double bed and with ‘roll-up-doors’ over the full width, which gives acces to a large private terrace and a fantastic and private sea-view giving you the idea that you are still dreaming while waking up! From this terrace a staircase leads to the sports ‘prieel’ on top of the plot, with various sporting equipments.

The garden is beautifully maintained and offers various cozy seats. The terraces in front of the villa have both dining- and lounge area’s and there is a build-in bbq area at the poolhouse with bar-area.

The villa is fully equipped with airconditioning and offers everything for a great and relaxing holiday!

Location: close to Villa Josephine, which makes it interesting to rent for more families.
Close to the beach and Esterel mountains. You will stay in Théoule-sur-Mer, right on the coastal route between Monaco and Saint-Tropez, both about 60 km away but also amidst the life of the French Riviera, something closer between to Cannes 18km, famous by the film festival held each year in May, but also for its beautiful boulevard. Also Saint-Raphaël is at about 18km to the other side. In the area around Théoule sur Mer you will find more than 15 golf courses. If you want to enjoy the water then there are several boat trips possible. You may even want to rent a jet ski? There is also find plenty cultural heritage in the region. Famous places like Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins, Valbonnes, Haut-Cagnes, Eze and Biot. At Antibes you will find the Picasso Museum and in Cagnes sur Mer the house of Renoir. Also recommended is at Cap Ferrat the Villa of the Rothschild family with its beautiful garden.
