Sainte-Maxime: Attractive and colorful villa located near the golf courses of Sainte Maxime with the beach of La Nartelle.. The villa is very quiet situated in a residential area, with lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbors. Villa Belle Vue offers 5 bedrooms, equipped with 12 beds, 4 bathrooms, spacious terraces, lawn to play and beautiful views!
There is a (heated) swimming pool and plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing holiday.

The format is as follows:
closed automatic gate to the site with ample parking for several cars.
Entrance to the villa on the middle level, hall with cloakroom and guest toilet, spacious living room with sitting area, largeTV  screen, dining area and sliding doors to the poolside terrace with partly covered terrace with lounge sofas.
Through the living room access to the large kitchen  with second dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and also has sliding doors to the second covered terrace, situated  on the garden side. Here is also a large dining table and a gas BBQ.

The bedrooms are spread over 3 levels, the master bedroom occupying the entire first floor. This room has a spacious private terrace* with a beautiful view and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.  On this floor there also is a small office which could be used by the renters.
At the living room level, the hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and 2 with doors to the poolside terrace. The 3rd bedroom on this floor also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and the other 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom with bath and shower facilities.Here one can also find the washing machine.
The 5th bedroom is located on the lowest level of the villa. This room is very  spacious had has a double bed and 2 single beds,  sliding doors to the lower garden / driveway and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin furniture and toilet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Around the poolarea, the  pool can be heated, there are sun-beds and the outdoor lounge-area. The garden, located around the house, is spacious and offers opportunities to play (football, badminton),  sunbathe and there also is  a ping-pong table.
*For hygiene reasons, the Jacuzzi on the terrace in the master bedroom is not in use when renting.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Close to Cannes, a few minutes from the beaches, the harbor of La Napoule and the center of Mandelieu with all shops and restaurants is this villa situated  in the beautiful domaine “Le Grand Duc” with various luxury properties. This luxury and 24/7 secure domaine, including a caretaker, security service and alarm center,  is located in an area of ​​approximately 100 hectares. There are various sports facilities including a gym, tennis court, 2 x 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole golf course “Old Course” and “Barbossi Golf”; the former “Riviera Golf”.

You will find this cozy villa with private pool and GREAT SEA VIEW to the bay of Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat at the dead end of a quiet street. There is a bright and luxurious living with a large terrace continuing into the garden and on the living level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Theoule-sur-Mer, Villa Josephine a ‘Jazzy house’ with a great sea-view to Cannes!

This beautiful and very cozy villa is situates in the hills and at 15 minutes walkin distance to the beaches and centre of the charming village of Theoule-sur-Mer. The villa is ‘build into the mountains’ at the side which can be experienced into some rooms. There is an AMAZING SEA VIEW to Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat, situated before Cannes.
There are 4 bedrooms all with doors to the outside area with the pool, two bathrooms and a very bright and clear living with a large terrace. The property has a private pool  and airconditioning in the living and masterbedroom.

The lay-out is as follows: parking space in front of the entrance;  closed gate with stairs to the entrance of the villa at the garden level. On this level the bedrooms are situates as well as the pool with ‘ever green grasveld’ and terrace. Look at the pictures for the great view one has here all over the Mediterranee up to Cannes!
For the bedrooms there is 1 bedroom with bunk-bed, 3 with double bed and direct acces to the side garden with pool! The masterbedroom has a private bathroom with shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin.
In the hallway a staircase leads to the bright living with lounge and dining area. Due to the fact that the whole side is covered with window’s one could imagine to be on a yacht since the view to the sea is amazing!
The living has doors to  the large terrace of about 75m2 with various seats, dining table and BBQ area. Through the living the kitchen can be reached with all appliances and again doors to the large terrace in front.

The garden, with the private pool (6 x 3.50m) is well  maintained and offers a lot f privacy. Also at the ground floor and around the pool, there is a lange terrace and sun-lounge area.

The villa  is situated near villa Oneiro what makes it interesting for a holiday with more families!

Location: close to the beach and Esterel mountains. Is a beautiful, very private situated, modern and bright villa, equipped with airconditioning, with 5 bedrooms ( 10 persons) of which 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with private bathroom! There is a great sea-view and the location is in a secured domaine at walking distance to the city centre, beach and restaurants of Agay.

There is a private swimming-pool in a beautiful and well maintained flat garden and with GREAT sea-view to one side and GREAT view to the Esterel mountains at the other side.

The lay-out of the villa:
Private entrance with closed gate and parking place for 2/3 cars. Entrance villa, spacious hallway with guest toilet and connection to the sports room and 3 bedrooms but also  entering the large and bright living with glass wall over the full with with great sea-view and entrance to the garden with several terrasse, playground, private pool and great sea-view.
The living offers  a lounge and dining area with a modern open, well equipped kitchen  with breakfast bar and all appliances. Next to the kitchen a second kitchen is situated with a door to the side terrace and again several extra appliances. The appliances:  oven, microwave,  washing machine, dryer, American fridge, dishwasher, gas- and induction cooking area etc.etc.
The lounge area has satellite television & music facilities, and the masterbedroom is situated at the terrace side.
This bright master bedroom, with double bed, also has a connection to the front terrace and a large private bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin  and second toilet.
Before entering bedroom 2 there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and doors to the side garden. Villa Arcade d’Antheor

Villa Arcade d’Antheor is realy located directly behind the characteristic arches of Antheor at ONLY 60 meters from the sandy beach and at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel. From the villa one has great sea- and nature views!

This villa (approx. 215m2) with 2  separate units, each with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom,  has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and various terraces.
There is a small  “plunge pool” and a cozy garden with various seats and ofcourse the sea almost in the back-yard! Both units have airconditioning. Available up to 12 persons and due to the 2 fully equipped units, ideal for more families!

The format is as follows:
entrance via staircase to the floor, spacious hall, first living room with airconditioning, sliding doors to the first balcony, located at the front, and a sliding door to the terrace on the side; both with beautiful views of the Esterel mountains and the sea!

Villa Hameau de Valescure

Close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green area at a private flat plot of about 6.000 m2 you will find Villa Hameau de Valescure. No neighbours to see anywhere in and around the villa and its park.
Beautiful trees and yet close to all facilities and the beaches we offer you this spacious ground-floor ‘architect designed villa’ (ca. 200 m2) with 4 bedrooms. There is a modern private salt water swimming pool (10 x 5m) (redone in 2017), in a landscaped parkgarden and, as mentioned, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Agay, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 till 10 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: driveway to the villa with sufficient parking places, entrance, hal way, large and bright living with doors over the full length of the living room to the outside terrace (west) and garden. Great views into the green and trees. At the other side of the lounge area, with tv-set and open fire place, there is a library area with lots of books and behind the lounge you will find the dining area, also with doors to a dining terrace with barbecue area. There is a fully equipped closed kitchen with door to the outside dining area and a connection to the washing machine area with washing machine and dryer.
Through the hallway the corridor leads to the bedrooms; at the end the masterbedroom with double bed, 2 x 2 doors to the outside terrace (w) airconditioning and a large private dressing. The second bedroom is also situated at the garden side with doors to the terrace (w) and also has a double bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are opposite these 2 bedrooms, also very quiet situated, and 1 has a double bed and the other one 2 x single beds and a desk.

The terrain of about 6000 m2 is flat and ideal to play all kind of ball games or grab a sun-bed and relax in the nature and enjoy the songs of the birds. One of the trees has a swing. The pool has roman steps so you can go slowly cool down in the inviting water. Around the pool area there are terraces and lots of lawn to relax and enjoy the sun. Around the villa there are several terraces and also a terrace near the kitchen with the dining table.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay at 5car minutes and shops are also nearby.

Villa Ami

At the golf courses of Valescure, situated at 2 minutes, in a beautiful green area we offer this attractive and well maintained villa with garage and separate carport. There is a lovely private pool (8 x 4.5m) in a beautifully landscaped backyard, facing south, with a lot of privacy. There are three bedrooms, all with private bathroom and the villa is fully equipped with airconditioning. The beaches of Agay, or on the other side the coast of Saint Raphael, with all the nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: entrance, cozy living room with high ceilings, beautiful fireplace, antique tiled floor and two x two doors to the terrace (South) situated at almost the entire width of the house, with outdoor dining table, barbecue and lounge -set.

Villa Hill Top is beautifully located modern villa with stunning sea views at the bay of St.Tropez. The village and beach of Les Issambres are at about 5 minutes by car.
The villa is situated south / south-west so you are assured of sun! Of course there are enough shadow area’s like the covered terrace and out-door kitchen behind the pool. This villa is fully equipped with airconditioning, offers 3 bedrooms, all with its own bathroom, and there is an extra room/ office for a child bed so the villa may occupy up to 7 persons.

The layout of the villa is as follows: Gated driveway/entrance, place for 2 cars. Bright living with glass wall over the whole side with great sea-view! In the living a beautiful fireplace is situated so, also in spring or autumn, a great villa to enjoy your holidays! The open staircase leads to the first floor with the first bedroom with private shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen has all appliances as well as a dining area. At the other side of the living there is a bright office space, which also can be used as spare (baby) room. Villa Rigaous

Not far from the centre of Saint Raphaël and close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green domestic area we have for rent the modern totally renewed Villa which is available for 10 persons! There are 5 bedrooms, all with airconditioning and most with private bathroom. A nice private swimming pool with great view over the village and the Esterel Mountains.

The format is as follows: front garden, entrance, hallway, first bedroom with airconditioning, fixed in wardrobe, double bed, doors connecting to the front terrace and a large private bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Through the hallway open staircase down to the large living with airconditioning, doors to the terrace a the backside, open fire place, cosy lounge area, dining area and modern open kitchen with all appliances like oven, microwave, American fridge. Behind the kitchen there is a storage room. On this level you will find the second bedroom with airconditioning, fixed in wardrobe, double bed and doors to the balcony/terrace at the backside. This rooms also has an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Another staircase will lead you to the ground floor with again 3 more bedrooms, all with fixed in wardrobes, airconditioning and doors to the garden/terrace. At this floor there are again 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. All bathrooms are equipped very modern sanitair.
Furthermore on this ground floor level an extra room for the laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron etc) and a connection to the terrace/garden at the backside with an extra outdoor kitchen, barbecue area and connection to the pool area.

The villa is located near the centre of St. Raphael and the Valescure area, with its beautiful golf fields. The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay at 5car minutes as well as the shops and restaurants. Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul etc. etc. This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.

Villa Mas Provençale

Located almost ON the golf courses of Valescure, which connects to the beautiful garden of the villa, with great and unobstructed views,  is this beautiful and very well maintained villa with garage. There is a large infinity swimming pool (5 x 12m) and lots of privacy on the whole plot. A spacious and bright living room, modern indoor and outdoor kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathroom and a beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden with various seating – and relaxation areas. The villa is air-conditioned in all rooms and is available for 8 persons (+ extra children on request).

The layout is as follows: Closed entrance with automatic gate to the garage and parking spaces for several cars. Entrance villa, hall / living room with guest toilet, sitting area with separate TV corner, reading corner, dining area and half open kitchen with a Boretti 5 burner hob with oven, Nespresso, 2nd coffee maker and other equipment. Utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American fridge with ice maker and storage space. Across the entire width of the living room are 3 x 2 doors to the front terrace. There is also a sliding door to the covered side terrace with outside kitchen and Boretti BBQ. The garden (south situated) is beautifully landscaped with various terraces and, on the lowest level, is a large lawn to play ball, a game of boules or badminton. The garden, approximately 1,600 m2, is completely fenced with hedges (and solid railings and fencing) and guarantees a lot of privacy. There are beautiful views to the nearby hills and adjacent golf course. Provencal plants and trees such as cypresses, citrus and olive trees, rows of agapanthus, oleanders, laurel roses, palm trees and the like provide that wonderful Provencal atmosphere and scent.
Even in the evening it is pleasant to be here with beautiful and atmospheric lighting throughout the garden, the swimming pool and along all the paths and stairs.
The heated overflow swimming pool (5 x 12m), equipped with a pool alarm, has a ‘Romain staircase’ and there are various seating areas, lounge and dinner areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun!

The villa is located in the green rea of Valescure, ideally located by beautiful golf and tennis courts, and the beaches of St Raphael, Fréjus and Agay are only 10 minutes away by car. Shops for daily shopping are located nearby. Nice airport is around 60 km, Toulon / Hyeres around 100 km. Cannes and St. Tropez is approx. 40 km. This area has beautiful nature such as the Esterel mountains, the Gorges du Verdon, the Lac de Ste Croix, but also the Plan du Mercantour. Also the typical Provencal villages such as Fréjus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, etc. are easily accessible and in winter you can ski just 2 hours away in Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg.

Not to mention…. this area is known for its very good wine chateau and the delicious rosé, but also the weekly Provencal markets, the rocky and sandy beaches, the restaurants, and southern French atmosphere … everything is there for a wonderful and relaxing holiday!

In this part of southern France, the Cote d’Azur, we count on 300 sunny days a year!
