Villa Arcade d’Antheor is realy located directly behind the characteristic arches of Antheor at ONLY 60 meters from the sandy beach and at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel. From the villa one has great sea- and nature views!

This villa (approx. 215m2) with 2  separate units, each with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom,  has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and various terraces.
There is a small  “plunge pool” and a cozy garden with various seats and ofcourse the sea almost in the back-yard! Both units have airconditioning. Available up to 12 persons and due to the 2 fully equipped units, ideal for more families!

The format is as follows:
entrance via staircase to the floor, spacious hall, first living room with airconditioning, sliding doors to the first balcony, located at the front, and a sliding door to the terrace on the side; both with beautiful views of the Esterel mountains and the sea!
Closed kitchen, also with door to the side terrace. On this floor are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, a modern bathroom with shower, a spacious guest toilet and a spiral staircase to the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is also is a private entrance and the layout is as follows;
hall, spacious living room with air conditioning, open kitchen and sliding doors to the front terrace.
Also on this floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with air conditioning and double bed. a bedroom with bunkbed and the 3rd bedroom also with double bed. There is a washing machine room and a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet.

The plot is about 1350m2 and the garden is tastefully decorated and  has a large brick barbecue.
Next to the villa there is a campsite situated with a nice bar/ restaurant / shop and also in the area one can find lots of other restaurants, shops, villages and things to do. You are situated right on the coastal route between Monaco and Saint-Tropez and something closer, between to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël.
The walking path from next to the villa leads you into the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel where one can walk for hours!!
Cannes is  about 25 km; famous for the film festival held each year in May, but also for its beautiful boulevard. In the area you will find more than 15 golf courses and if you want to enjoy the water then there are several boat trips possible. Also there is plenty cultural heritage in the region. Famous places like Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins, Valbonnes, Haut-Cagnes, Eze and Biot. Also the nice Provençal markets like the ones in Agay or Saint Raphael, are a must to go!

In the high season you can only reserve the full accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights with a possibility to only reserve 1 unit.

Very private situated, at a high point in Les Issambres with beautiful and great views to the sea, we can offer you this LARGE & MODERN coastal villa with  (heated) swimming pool, 4 spacious bedrooms including a luxurious master bedroom and a large gym/sports-room. A bright and spacious living room, luxurious open kitchen and great terraces (south /east) all with this stunning sea views!
Situated in  les Issambres, the Côte d’Azur, this villa, of more than 300m2, offers a modern and luxury interior, airconditioning in all rooms and is available for max. 12 persons.

The format / lay-out
Entrance via automatic gate in a ‘Impasse’ so there is not much traffic. Ample parking on site for about 4 cars. Entrance villa, spacious hall connecting to the enormous living with glas sliding doors to the terraces over 2 sides. The spacious living has a lounge corning with a large TV-set, B&O equipment and Apple TV,  a dining corner en a modern open kitchen plan with breakfast-bar. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and a large freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, tea maker, toaster etc. At the same level there is a guest toilet and acces to the spacious masterbedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) a sunken bathtub, walk in shower, walk in closet/dressing en sliding doors to the side terras with a cozy seat to enjoy the sea-view.
The staircase through the hall leads to the lower floor: hallway, guest toilet, washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sports room / gym with 2 extra beds (90 x 2.00m) and a ‘click/clack’ for again 2 extra guests. In the gym, with sliding doors to the terrace, there are various sports materials for a daily workout. Bedroom 2 with double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) hidden closet and sliding doors to the terrace, bedroom 3, also with double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) fixed closet and sliding doors to the terrace. These rooms share a luxurious and large bathroom with walkin shower. The 4th bedroom again is very large with 2 x singe beds (0.90×2.00m), its own private walk-in shower, ‘hidden’ closet and sliding doors to the terrace. Alle rooms are equipped with airconditioning.

The outside area at the living-room level has various area’s with seats, a lounge part and sun-beds from where one can enjoy the great sea-view and the sun. There is an outside shower and a connection to the garden with Mediterranean plants and trees and a jeux de boules court.

The swimming pool can be heated for a sur-charge. The villa is ready to receive its guest inhere you can enjoy a great and relaxing holiday!

Out & About
Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their beautiful sandy beaches. If you drive down the hill with the car ( ca. 1.5 km)you reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. This villa is situated on top of a hill in Les Issambres with south view. Within 15 minutes, by car, you reach Sainte Maxime.

Saint Tropez is 26 km driving distance, which can take, between 30 min to 1,5 hours depending on the time of day. However in July and August Saint Tropez is reachable by shuttle boat (Bateaux Verts). From the harbor in Les Issambres ( 5 min drive from the villa) every hour and from the harbor of Sainte Maxime (15 min from the villa) every 20 minutes.
There are 8 golf courses within 4 to15 km distance from the villa.

This stretch of the Côte d’Azur is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud, a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud and La Garde Freinet, once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also you can see the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain. You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean. Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday.

The Toulon-Hyeres airport and Nice Airport are both in reach within about 1 hour by car. In this part of southern France, the Cote d’Azur, we count with 300 days of sunshine per year!

Villa Hameau de Valescure

Close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green area at a private flat plot of about 6.000 m2 you will find Villa Hameau de Valescure. No neighbours to see anywhere in and around the villa and its park.
Beautiful trees and yet close to all facilities and the beaches we offer you this spacious ground-floor ‘architect designed villa’ (ca. 200 m2) with 4 bedrooms. There is a modern private salt water swimming pool (10 x 5m) (redone in 2017), in a landscaped parkgarden and, as mentioned, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Agay, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 till 10 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: driveway to the villa with sufficient parking places, entrance, hal way, large and bright living with doors over the full length of the living room to the outside terrace (west) and garden. Great views into the green and trees. At the other side of the lounge area, with tv-set and open fire place, there is a library area with lots of books and behind the lounge you will find the dining area, also with doors to a dining terrace with barbecue area. There is a fully equipped closed kitchen with door to the outside dining area and a connection to the washing machine area with washing machine and dryer.
Through the hallway the corridor leads to the bedrooms; at the end the masterbedroom with double bed, 2 x 2 doors to the outside terrace (w) airconditioning and a large private dressing. The second bedroom is also situated at the garden side with doors to the terrace (w) and also has a double bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are opposite these 2 bedrooms, also very quiet situated, and 1 has a double bed and the other one 2 x single beds and a desk.
The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and the second bathroom has a shower. There are separate toilets.

The terrain of about 6000 m2 is flat and ideal to play all kind of ball games or grab a sun-bed and relax in the nature and enjoy the songs of the birds. One of the trees has a swing. The pool has roman steps so you can go slowly cool down in the inviting water. Around the pool area there are terraces and lots of lawn to relax and enjoy the sun. Around the villa there are several terraces and also a terrace near the kitchen with the dining table.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay at 5car minutes and shops are also nearby.

Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Villa Ami

At the golf courses of Valescure, situated at 2 minutes, in a beautiful green area we offer this attractive and well maintained villa with garage and separate carport. There is a lovely private pool (8 x 4.5m) in a beautifully landscaped backyard, facing south, with a lot of privacy. There are three bedrooms, all with private bathroom and the villa is fully equipped with airconditioning. The beaches of Agay, or on the other side the coast of Saint Raphael, with all the nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: entrance, cozy living room with high ceilings, beautiful fireplace, antique tiled floor and two x two doors to the terrace (South) situated at almost the entire width of the house, with outdoor dining table, barbecue and lounge -set.
At the living a compact kitchen with all appliances is located. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; the master bedroom with double bed, closet walls, doors to the terrace (south) and a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, shower and toilet. The second bedroom, with 2 single beds,  is on the opposite side of the living room situated and also has fitted wardrobes and access to the garden/terrace (South). Maison Elouise

Maison “Elouise” can accommodate up to 5 persons. The house is semi-detached and equipped with air-conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern ‘en-suite’ bathroom, extra sleeping space in the separated part of the living room, a front and back garden (S) with lots of privacy, and located in the luxury domaine with spacious pool.

The layout is as follows: front garden with covered terrace and seating. Entrance, bright living room with 2 x 2 doors to the garden. The living room is enlarged with a part of the garage, where the lounge area is placed with sofa bed (extra sleeping place for 5th guest). There is an open kitchen with cooking island and has a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. The kitchen is well equipped.
Via the open staircase you can reach the floor which is been completely renovated. A large storage closet with roller shutter has been placed in the stairwell. There is a modern fully tiled toilet with hand washbasin. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, is located on the side of the house and has a fixed in wall closet. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x box-spring) and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In a concealed arrangement, the washing machine is been placed. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating and has a ‘reversible’ air conditioning system.The backyard (plein Sud) is nicely laid out with various seats and sun-beds. There is a spacious terrace of approx. 40 m2 of which about 25m2 is covered and equipped with on outdoor dining area and gas-barbecue.

This accommodation is situated in the secured domaine “Green Village”, between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf, halfway up the hill between the golf course and the famous vineyard ‘Domaine Les Planes’.

Green Village is a great location not only for golf players but also for beach lovers, couples with young children or couples with small pets. The domaine has a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At the driveway you will find a child friendly equestrian center and ‘Les Hautes du Golf’ also has 3 beautiful situated tennis courts.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Luxury villa in Sainte Maxime with lovely pool, next to the golf course and close to the beaches of La Nartelle.
The villa is very quiet situated in a residential area, with lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbors. There is a beautiful and well-kept garden and a lovely lawn. The villa is luxurieus, modern and wel maintained. In 2017 there is a new kitchen is been installed and most tenants like to come back here. There are 3 bedrooms available for rental, 1 of which on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Villa La Gazza Ladra

This modern and well maintained villa with private pool and magnificent sea views is completely fenced and situated in the green area, bordering on the protected nature area of Les Issambres. Close to the bottom of the Col de Bougnon with the coastal road leads you to the village, with its beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, and to Ste. Maxime. A lovely holiday area and sun for sure!

All rooms in the villa are equipped with air-conditioning and the lay-out is as follows: Gated entrance with parking, front garden with extra dining table to look awn in the beautiful green nature; entree villa with a cozy and bright living room and sliding doors to the back-terrace over the full with of the villa with a great sea-view. In this ‘upper-part’ are two bedrooms, both with double beds, fixed wardrobes and sliding doors to the garden at the from site or the sea-view terrace at the back-side. The large 3rd bedroom, with private bathroom, is situated at the ground floor and has a double bed, 2 single beds and even a possibility for extra guests in the sofa-bed. There are 2 modern modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower; and a large closed kitchen, again with sliding doors to the sea-view terrace.

The bakery and other shops for daily needs as well as cozy restaurants and beach bars are at walking distance. Also close you will find the harbor where you can find the “bateau vert ‘, a bus-boat, which goes 2 x per hour to St. Tropez.

The villa’s in this small private domaine have a private pool and Villa Beau Rivage is situated at the end of the lawn at a very private spot with lot of privacy. There are 3 bright bedrooms and the villa is available for  6 persons. A childbed is also available. There is a front, side and back garden, with nice covered terrace and lawns, and a large terrace around the pool where you can relax and enjoy the delicious way of French life. The format is as follows: private gate and driveway to garage. Entrance of the villa, hallway with guest toilet, and connection door to the garage with second large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The very bright living room, with TV-set, lounge- and dinner area, has 2 x 2 doors connecting to the covered terraces with outside table and BBQ area. At the side there is a lawn to enjoy the sun in relaxing chairs and sun-beds. Through the livingroom there is a well equipped open kitchen with most appliances like a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and normal oven. The staircase leads to the floor with 3 bright bedroom, all with ‘box-sping’ single beds (90 x 2m) and fixed wardrobes. The large and bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, a second toilet and a double washbasin. The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

You can reach this part of Southern France easily by car, by train and by airplane.
 To avoid the busy coast way in the high season, you can reach St Tropez also easy by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Ste. Maxime.

Villa Cigales

In the green area of La Bouverie you will find this beautifully situated villa Cigales with private pool, separate bar and Dart area and sleeping space up to 11 persons.
The villa is fully equipped with air-con, not far from the shopping center, near connecting roads to the old village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and the Lac Arena.
Going to the other side you are close to a shopping centre with daily fresh bread. The beaches are at about 15 minutes drive.

The lay-out of the villa is as follows: Closed gate with parking place for 4-5 cars, bar-area with large table and dart-place, entrance villa, living room with enormous couch, air con, stairs to the ‘vide’ with again a large sitting area with 4 extra sofa beds. Via the living there is a connection to the modern and well equipped kitchen with all appliances. The living and kitchen both have fully opening sliding doors to the large terraces along the villa. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and stairs to an open upper floor with extra dressing and 3rd bed. Connected is the first bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub, double washbasin and separate toilet. The second bedroom, also with 2 single beds has a connection to the 3rd modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Via the hallway the wasmachine area can be reached with washing machine and dryer and the 3rd bedroom, situated at a higher level. Again with 2 separate beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool can be heated which can be very nice in the mid- and low- season and in the garden there is also a ‘Jeux-de-boules-court’.

Close to the area you find, next to the old centre of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, the Provençal village’s of La Motte and Le Muy, all charming villages offering a variety of activities during the summer. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and wine domains. The city of Les Arcs-sur-Argens is within 15 minutes drive with the well-known wine chateaux Font du Broc and Sainte Rosaline. Other wine domaines as Grand Esclans, Chateau des Desmoiselles and Domaine Jas de Esclans are situated at a few km.

Coastal places as Sainte Maxime and Frejus are at about 15 to 20 minutes’ drive with the nearest beaches. To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Lake St. Croix in the Gorges du Verdon is a beautiful lake with water peddle’s and private little beaches at about 35 km and also definitely worth a visit. Nice, Toulon and Marseille airports are easily accessible and Toulon and Nice are at about 1 hour’s drive.

Very spacious well maintained villa (approx 325 m2) with swimming pool (10 x 4 m) consisting 4 apartments with facilities to accommodate 4 persons each; which gives the villa the possibility to welcome groups of 16 persons!  From this villa you will have a SUPERB SEA VIEW from Saint Raphael on the bay of Saint Tropez !!

The villa is totally been renovated and enlarged in 2002 and is located at only 800 m. from the village center and the beach. There are 3 levels, with at the lowest level the pool house with outdoor kitchen and pool with sun loungers and lounge sets to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and sea-view.

Due to the location you are assured of a quiet holiday but if you want to be ‘in the middle’ of the excitement, you are within 5 minutes in the coastal town of Les Issambres.

Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael and Sainte Maxime on the coast road to Saint-Tropez. This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud (21 km), a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud (5 km away) and La Garde Freinet (15 km away), once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also you can see the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain (14 km, mountain boots is enough) You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean.
Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.
