Les Issambres, within walking distance of the sea, close to the village and the beaches of “San Piere”; with a beautiful view of the sea, we offer you this attractive family villa with both an indoor and a spacious outdoor swimming pool!

The villa is located in the beautiful and protected domaine Valmaris with lots of greenery and tranquility. The grounds at the villa have many places to relax, lounge-seats and dinner area’s both in the sun and in the shade; even with large groups, there is always a place with some privacy!
The villa is tastefully decorated, has air conditioning in several rooms, and can accommodate up to 12 persons (+ eventually a baby bed).

The layout is as follows: Driveway to the villa with both front and road parking. Entrance villa, spacious hall, passage to the living room with L-shaped sitting / dining room with wood burning stove which is nice in the early and late season, sliding doors to the front terrace with 2 x lounge set and 2 x dinner table with great sea view. At this terrace the gas barbecue is situated. The villa has a spacious open-plan kitchen with all day equipment and lots of storage space. Here too are doors to the front terrace.
Through the hall you can reach the first sleeping wing with 4 bedrooms. The rear bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, doors to a private terrace with an attractive seating area. The other 3 bedrooms share the second bathroom which is equipped with a bath-tub, with shower facilities, and 2 sinks. There is a separate toilet. In this sleeping wing there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 x 2 box-spring beds.
Through the hall the staircase leads to the floor with a spacious 5th/parent bedroom, also with sliding doors to a spacious private terrace with cozy seats and great sea views. This room has a double bed. There is a spacious bathroom on this floor with a bath-tub, with shower facilities, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet. Furthermore, at this floor one can find the 6th bedroom, ideal for children because with bunk beds and from this room there is also access to a terrace with again great sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom on the first floor, the large bedroom in the sleeping wing and the living room with kitchen have individual air conditioning.

Through the hall you can also reach the ground floor with the indoor swimming pool and a sports room. Here are doors to the spacious rear terrace with outdoor swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and with plenty of sun beds, lounge seating and dinner table with chairs. You will find yourself in this area in the middle of nature with beautiful trees, sun and shade and above all tranquility!

The entire site is fenced and offers sufficient parking space for several cars.

Maison “Elouise” can accommodate up to 5 persons. The house is semi-detached and equipped with air-conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern ‘en-suite’ bathroom, extra sleeping space in the separated part of the living room, a front and back garden (S) with lots of privacy, and located in the luxury domaine with spacious pool.

The layout is as follows: front garden with covered terrace and seating. Entrance, bright living room with 2 x 2 doors to the garden. The living room is enlarged with a part of the garage, where the lounge area is placed with sofa bed (extra sleeping place for 5th guest). There is an open kitchen with cooking island and has a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. The kitchen is well equipped.
Via the open staircase you can reach the floor which is been completely renovated. A large storage closet with roller shutter has been placed in the stairwell. There is a modern fully tiled toilet with hand washbasin. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, is located on the side of the house and has a fixed in wall closet. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x box-spring) and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In a concealed arrangement, the washing machine is been placed. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating and has a ‘reversible’ air conditioning system.The backyard (plein Sud) is nicely laid out with various seats and sun-beds. There is a spacious terrace of approx. 40 m2 of which about 25m2 is covered and equipped with on outdoor dining area and gas-barbecue.

This accommodation is situated in the secured domaine “Green Village”, between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf, halfway up the hill between the golf course and the famous vineyard ‘Domaine Les Planes’.

Green Village is a great location not only for golf players but also for beach lovers, couples with young children or couples with small pets. The domaine has a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At the driveway you will find a child friendly equestrian center and ‘Les Hautes du Golf’ also has 3 beautiful situated tennis courts.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Apartment “Boulouris-sur-Mer” is a modern, bright and well situated apartment for 4 persons, in a beautiful secluded small residential complex with elevator and has a large private terrace of about 20 m2

The location is perfect; Boulouris; “THE” seaside resort near Saint Raphael; within walking distance of the sea, with a beautiful promenade with two small ports and nice restaurants. Also the village center, with the weekly Provencal market, and also everything you need including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, bookstore, tabac etc. etc. is just a 3 minutes walk. Boulouris also has its own railway station (only 5 walking minutes), with trains to, Cannes and Nice and near the apartment you will also find a bus stop.

This part of southern France is easily accessible by car, train and plane.

This beautifully situated old ‘monastary’ with authentic thick stone walls, on top of a hill with great panoramic views, breathes the atmosphere of peace and quietness and brings you back to the days of knights and damsels. Fortunately, with modern amenities including a lovely pool (pool heating possible) and all 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a beautiful well maintained garden with lawn, great old olive trees and cozy seating areas to relax and become one with nature.
Cabris, a picturesque town with good restaurants and a beautiful old chateaux, is at about 3 km. as well as the shops for the daily needs.

The format of the villa (ca. 200m2) is as follows; gated entrance, covered parking for 2 cars, entrance villa, living with lounge and tv area and open fire place, hall with toilet and access to the kitchen with all appliances like a microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking area electric and gas, American fridge with freezing part, separate dining room with acces to the terrace in front of the pool and a covered dining terrace with bbq area. Villa La Gazza Ladra

This modern and well maintained villa with private pool and magnificent sea views is completely fenced and situated in the green area, bordering on the protected nature area of Les Issambres. Close to the bottom of the Col de Bougnon with the coastal road leads you to the village, with its beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, and to Ste. Maxime. A lovely holiday area and sun for sure!

Located at ‘The Grand Boucharel’, a quiet villa neighborhood between Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres and… close to the sea!

This comfortable villa with beautiful sea-view, a private (heated) pool and fixed airconditioning has 2 bedrooms for 5 persons and a possibility for 2 extra persons in the double bedded click/clack sofa in the living room so you can stay here with 6 persons and a child.

The layout: closed automatic gate, parking space for 2/3 cars, entree villa with a terrace at the front site, large and bright living room with lounge area with click/clack sofa, TV and Playstation 4, open dining area with GREAT SEA-VIEW, going on to the covered terrace at the backside with another dining table, again with this lovely sea view, and stairs leading to the garden with the pool.
The modern open-kitchen with dining bar is equipped with all appliances like dishwasher, oven and microwave-oven.
The bedrooms are situated at the lower level, both with sliding doors to the closed garden with lawn and private -heated- pool. both bedrooms have a double bed and one has an extra single bed. There are fixed wardrobes, a walk-in closet, airconditioning and private bathrooms with bath and/or shower, double washbasins and toilets. At this level there is also an area for the washing machine and the dryer.

The outside space is completely fenced and well maintained. At the back-garden there is a large covered terrace in front of the bedrooms, an ‘ever-green’ lawn with the pool, an extra terrace at the backside with an outdoor kitchen area with water and BBQ.

The villa is located on the French Riviera, between the famous Saint-Tropez (28 km) and Cannes (42 km), and just between the popular seaside resorts Saint-Aygulf (located on the coast road to Frejus/Saint-Raphael) and Les Issambres (located on the coast road to Sainte-Maxime/Saint-Tropez). This stretch of the Riviera is known for it’s attractive sandy beaches full of attractions and the more quiet, beautiful beach bays with pebble and sandy beaches.

In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
