Not far from the centre of Saint Raphaël and close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green domestic area we have for rent the modern totally renewed Villa which is available for 10 persons! There are 5 bedrooms, all with airconditioning and most with private bathroom. A nice private swimming pool with great view over the village and the Esterel Mountains.

The format is as follows: front garden, entrance, hallway, first bedroom with airconditioning, fixed in wardrobe, double bed, doors connecting to the front terrace and a large private bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Through the hallway open staircase down to the large living with airconditioning, doors to the terrace a the backside, open fire place, cosy lounge area, dining area and modern open kitchen with all appliances like oven, microwave, American fridge. Behind the kitchen there is a storage room. On this level you will find the second bedroom with airconditioning, fixed in wardrobe, double bed and doors to the balcony/terrace at the backside. This rooms also has an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Another staircase will lead you to the ground floor with again 3 more bedrooms, all with fixed in wardrobes, airconditioning and doors to the garden/terrace. At this floor there are again 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. All bathrooms are equipped very modern sanitair.
Furthermore on this ground floor level an extra room for the laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron etc) and a connection to the terrace/garden at the backside with an extra outdoor kitchen, barbecue area and connection to the pool area.

The villa is located near the centre of St. Raphael and the Valescure area, with its beautiful golf fields. The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay at 5car minutes as well as the shops and restaurants. Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul etc. etc. This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything is here for a wonderful holiday.

Situated in  les Issambres, the Côte d’Azur.
The villa, of more than 300m2, offers a modern and luxury interior and from the terraces you will enjoy the great sea-views.

The format / lay-out
The villa was built in 2018 on a plot of approximately 1950 m2 and the format is as follows:
Entrance via automatic gate in a ‘Impasse’ so there is not much traffic. Ample parking on site for about 4 cars and access to the double garage.
Entrance villa, spacious hall with connecting door to the garage with utility room, staircase to the floor and passage to the spacious and bright living room with luxury fixed in closet wall.
The backside of the living, as well as a large part of the side, are provided with ‘portes galangdage’ glass folding doors through which the spacious, partially covered terrace (approx. 50 m2 and south / west), with an outdoor lounge, dining and BBQ area, is involved in the living room.
From the living room, and the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the most spectacular sunsets in the sea to dream away!
There is a luxury open kitchen, equipped with all appliances, a cooking island and lots of storage space.
In the back of the living room there is a short staircase to the guest toilet and a connection to the spacious master bedroom (approx. 60 m2) also provided with a glass sliding door over the entire width to a spacious private terrace (approx. 40 m2 and S / W) with the same great view! This master bedroom has a ‘stand-alone’ whirlpool bath, a walk-in shower, a private toilet and a spacious dressing.
Through the hallway one can reach the floor. Here you will find another guest toilet and the other 3 bedrooms, all with closet, private modern bathroom with shower and sliding doors to the balcony. (S / W).

The garden is beautifully landscaped with use of natural stone and Mediterranean plants and trees. Through the ‘living area’ with terraces and artificial grass, a semicircular lazy staircase leads to the pool area with also beautiful artificial grass. The swimming pool, also installed in 2018, is a so-called ‘Bio-Design’ swimming pool with a built-in whirlpool.
At the pool-level is a fixed summer lounge and a spacious storage room for the sun beds and pool equipment.
Also from this level it is really enjoying the peace and the view. The villa has many extras including a central roller shutter and a climate-system.

Out & About
Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their beautiful sandy beaches. If you drive down the hill with the car you reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. This villa is situated on top of a hill in Les Issambres with south view. Within 15 minutes, by car, you reach Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is 26 km driving distance, which can take, between 30 min to 1,5 hours depending on the time of day.

However in July and August Saint Tropez is reachable by shuttle boat (Bateaux Verts). From the harbor in Les Issambres ( 5 min drive from the villa) every hour and from the harbor of Sainte Maxime (15 min from the villa) every 20 minutes. There are 8 golf courses within 4 to15 km distance from the villa.

This stretch of the Côte d’Azur is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud, a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud and La Garde Freinet, once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also you can see the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain. You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean. Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday.

The Toulon-Hyeres airport and Nice Airport are both in reach within about 1 hour by car. In this part of southern France, the Cote d’Azur, we count with 300 days of sunshine per year!

Villa Mas Provençale

Located almost ON the golf courses of Valescure, which connects to the beautiful garden of the villa, with great and unobstructed views,  is this beautiful and very well maintained villa with garage. There is a large infinity swimming pool (5 x 12m) and lots of privacy on the whole plot. A spacious and bright living room, modern indoor and outdoor kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathroom and a beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden with various seating – and relaxation areas. The villa is air-conditioned in all rooms and is available for 8 persons (+ extra children on request).

The layout is as follows: Closed entrance with automatic gate to the garage and parking spaces for several cars. Entrance villa, hall / living room with guest toilet, sitting area with separate TV corner, reading corner, dining area and half open kitchen with a Boretti 5 burner hob with oven, Nespresso, 2nd coffee maker and other equipment. Utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American fridge with ice maker and storage space. Across the entire width of the living room are 3 x 2 doors to the front terrace. There are beautiful views to the nearby hills and adjacent golf course. Provencal plants and trees such as cypresses, citrus and olive trees, rows of agapanthus, oleanders, laurel roses, palm trees and the like provide that wonderful Provencal atmosphere and scent.
Even in the evening it is pleasant to be here with beautiful and atmospheric lighting throughout the garden, the swimming pool and along all the paths and stairs.
The heated overflow swimming pool (5 x 12m), equipped with a pool alarm, has a ‘Romain staircase’ and there are various seating areas, lounge and dinner areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun!

The villa is located in the green rea of Valescure, ideally located by beautiful golf and tennis courts, and the beaches of St Raphael, Fréjus and Agay are only 10 minutes away by car. Shops for daily shopping are located nearby. Nice airport is around 60 km, Toulon / Hyeres around 100 km. Cannes and St. Tropez is approx. 40 km. This area has beautiful nature such as the Esterel mountains, the Gorges du Verdon, the Lac de Ste Croix, but also the Plan du Mercantour. Also the typical Provencal villages such as Fréjus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, etc. are easily accessible and in winter you can ski just 2 hours away in Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg.

Not to mention…. this area is known for its very good wine chateau and the delicious rosé, but also the weekly Provencal markets, the rocky and sandy beaches, the restaurants, and southern French atmosphere … everything is there for a wonderful and relaxing holiday!

Theoule-sur-Mer, Villa Lou Cade has an almost private beach and is situated AT the sea!

This beautiful villa of the 1920’s with AMAZING SEA VIEW, private plunge-pool/jacuzzi, sauna/hamman and of-course the whole Mediterranee to jump in for your morning fresh start! The villa has a beautiful and secluded garden with lots of flowers and trees and and there are various terraces to enjoy the sea. In the close area there are various restaurants and small shops for your daily fresh bread.

The lay-out is as follows: entree at the garden area, entree villa, hallway, guest-toilet, living and dining area with high ceiling and double doors opening to the terrace at the sea. Separate dining kitchen with most appliances and storage room. Also from the kitchen there are doors to the terrace at the sea. On this level one will also find the masterbedroom with doors to the terrace at the sea, a double bed (1.60m x 2m) en private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The second, very large, yellow bedroom is also at this level and here are 2 x single beds (0.80 x 2m)  as well as a bunk-bed for young guest. An ideal room for 4 children! This bedroom has its bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom is situated at the first floor; a nice and bright room with double bed (1.60m x 2m) and again this fantastic sea-view. Also this room has its private bathroom with shower, washbasin  and toilet. The 4th bedroom is situated at the ground-level and has 2 x single beds and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet. At this level also the Hamman/Sauna is situated as well as the  laundry room with washing machine and dryer. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning.

The garden is beautifully maintained and offers various cozy seats. The terraces in front of the villa have both dining- and lounge area’s.

The beach is to be reached from the terrace with a private staircase. It really would feel like your own private beach and this location will be a guarantee for a great and relaxing holliday!

Location: at the beach and close to the mountains. You will stay in Théoule-sur-Mer, right on the coastal route between Monaco and Saint-Tropez, both about 60 km away but also amidst the life of the French Riviera, something closer between to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel. The walking path from the villa leads you to the lively harbor of the ‘Baie de la Figueirette’.
Cannes is only 18 kilometers away from the Villa. Famous by the film festival held each year in May, but also for its beautiful boulevard. In the area around Théoule sur Mer you will find more than 15 golf courses. If you want to enjoy the water then there are several boat trips possible. You may even want to rent a jet ski?
There is also find plenty cultural heritage in the region. Famous places like Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins, Valbonnes, Haut-Cagnes, Eze and Biot. At Antibes you will find the Picasso Museum and in Cagnes sur Mer the house of Renoir. Also recommended is at Cap Ferrat the Villa of the Rothschild family with its beautiful garden.

Les Issambres, within walking distance of the sea, close to the village and the beaches of “San Piere”; with a beautiful view of the sea, we offer you this attractive family villa with both an indoor and a spacious outdoor swimming pool!

The villa is located in the beautiful and protected domaine Valmaris with lots of greenery and tranquility. The grounds at the villa have many places to relax, lounge-seats and dinner area’s both in the sun and in the shade; even with large groups, there is always a place with some privacy!
The villa is tastefully decorated, has air conditioning in several rooms, and can accommodate up to 12 persons (+ eventually a baby bed).

The layout is as follows: Driveway to the villa with both front and road parking. Entrance villa, spacious hall, passage to the living room with L-shaped sitting / dining room with wood burning stove which is nice in the early and late season, sliding doors to the front terrace with 2 x lounge set and 2 x dinner table with great sea view. At this terrace the gas barbecue is situated. The villa has a spacious open-plan kitchen with all day equipment and lots of storage space. Here too are doors to the front terrace.
Through the hall you can reach the first sleeping wing with 4 bedrooms. The rear bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, doors to a private terrace with an attractive seating area. The other 3 bedrooms share the second bathroom which is equipped with a bath-tub, with shower facilities, and 2 sinks. There is a separate toilet. In this sleeping wing there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 x 2 box-spring beds.
Through the hall the staircase leads to the floor with a spacious 5th/parent bedroom, also with sliding doors to a spacious private terrace with cozy seats and great sea views. This room has a double bed. There is a spacious bathroom on this floor with a bath-tub, with shower facilities, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet. Furthermore, at this floor one can find the 6th bedroom, ideal for children because with bunk beds and from this room there is also access to a terrace with again great sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom on the first floor, the large bedroom in the sleeping wing and the living room with kitchen have individual air conditioning.

Through the hall you can also reach the ground floor with the indoor swimming pool and a sports room. Here are doors to the spacious rear terrace with outdoor swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and with plenty of sun beds, lounge seating and dinner table with chairs. You will find yourself in this area in the middle of nature with beautiful trees, sun and shade and above all tranquility!

The entire site is fenced and offers sufficient parking space for several cars.

Maison Elouise

Maison “Elouise” can accommodate up to 5 persons. The house is semi-detached and equipped with air-conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern ‘en-suite’ bathroom, extra sleeping space in the separated part of the living room, a front and back garden (S) with lots of privacy, and located in the luxury domaine with spacious pool.

The layout is as follows: front garden with covered terrace and seating. Entrance, bright living room with 2 x 2 doors to the garden. The living room is enlarged with a part of the garage, where the lounge area is placed with sofa bed (extra sleeping place for 5th guest). There is an open kitchen with cooking island and has a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. The kitchen is well equipped.
Via the open staircase you can reach the floor which is been completely renovated. A large storage closet with roller shutter has been placed in the stairwell. There is a modern fully tiled toilet with hand washbasin. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, is located on the side of the house and has a fixed in wall closet. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x box-spring) and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In a concealed arrangement, the washing machine is been placed. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating and has a ‘reversible’ air conditioning system.The backyard (plein Sud) is nicely laid out with various seats and sun-beds. There is a spacious terrace of approx. 40 m2 of which about 25m2 is covered and equipped with on outdoor dining area and gas-barbecue.

This accommodation is situated in the secured domaine “Green Village”, between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf, halfway up the hill between the golf course and the famous vineyard ‘Domaine Les Planes’.

Green Village is a great location not only for golf players but also for beach lovers, couples with young children or couples with small pets. The domaine has a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At the driveway you will find a child friendly equestrian center and ‘Les Hautes du Golf’ also has 3 beautiful situated tennis courts.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Apartment Rive Nature is a modern 3-room ground floor apartment (75m2) with private entrance and a large sundeck/terrace, situated at walking distance from the beach in the well kept residence ‘Rive Nature’, designed into the colors and settings of the Esterel Mountains, in Agay.

Here is a beautiful nature style communal swimming pool and great view at the Esterel Mountains.
At the pool of the residence there are various terraces. Around the pool you will find a nice nature area ending at the river ‘Agay’ which flows into the sea.

Apartment Boulouris-sur-Mer

Apartment “Boulouris-sur-Mer” is a modern, bright and well situated apartment for 4 persons, in a beautiful secluded small residential complex with elevator and has a large private terrace of about 20 m2

The location is perfect; Boulouris; “THE” seaside resort near Saint Raphael; within walking distance of the sea, with a beautiful promenade with two small ports and nice restaurants. Also the village center, with the weekly Provencal market, and also everything you need including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, bookstore, tabac etc. etc. is just a 3 minutes walk. Boulouris also has its own railway station (only 5 walking minutes), with trains to, Cannes and Nice and near the apartment you will also find a bus stop.

The apartment is very bright and spacious and the format is as follows: entrance building, elevator and stairs to the first floor, bright entrance hall, living room with a double ‘click-clack’ sleeping bed, tv and radio set, sliding doors to the large semi-circular terrace, facing south, with sunscreen, small sea-view but especially view at the beautiful kept garden, belonging to the complex. There is a well equipped open kitchen with most appliances and through the living room a passage leads to the toilet, the bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine and the bedroom with 2 ‘box-spring-beds’, fixed wardrobe and doors to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with a mobile airco and in the complex there is a large enclosed car parking.

The beach and the centre of Boulouris-sur-Mer are at walking distance and if you want to visit Saint Raphael, Frejus and Agay you are only about 15 car minutes away. Nice airport is 60km. Cannes and St Tropez approx 40km. There is a beautiful scenery in the area, the Esterel mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour but also the typical Provencal villages as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne etc. and of course the very good wine chateaux since the area is known for its delicious Rosées …. This part of southern France is easily accessible by car, train and plane.

In the high season you can only reserve this apartment with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Sunday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Bastide des Oliviers

This beautifully situated old ‘monastary’ with authentic thick stone walls, on top of a hill with great panoramic views, breathes the atmosphere of peace and quietness and brings you back to the days of knights and damsels. Fortunately, with modern amenities including a lovely pool (pool heating possible) and all 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a beautiful well maintained garden with lawn, great old olive trees and cozy seating areas to relax and become one with nature.
Cabris, a picturesque town with good restaurants and a beautiful old chateaux, is at about 3 km. as well as the shops for the daily needs.

The format of the villa (ca. 200m2) is as follows; gated entrance, covered parking for 2 cars, entrance villa, living with lounge and tv area and open fire place, hall with toilet and access to the kitchen with all appliances like a microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking area electric and gas, American fridge with freezing part, separate dining room with acces to the terrace in front of the pool and a covered dining terrace with bbq area. There is a separate washing machine area. The first bedroom, with double bed, is situated at the ground-floor and has its private modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and doors connecting to the garden with a small seat. Through the staircase in the hall you can reach the floor. Here you will find 2 other bedrooms, both with double beds and connecting bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. One of these bedrooms is very big and has a private lounge and doors to the roof terrace. At the roof terrace also the 4th bedroom is connected and this room has 2 x single beds, a private bathroom with washbasin and toilet and a separate entrance at the side of the building.

The garden is very well maintained and has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with lots of sunny and shady spots to wander and to relax. No neighbors and lots of privacy with great views to the hills and the village of Cabris.

The ‘Lac the Saint Cassien’, a large lake with all kinds of water sports pick-nick area’s and small beaches, and the beaches and villages at the Mediterranean sea, like Juan-le-Pins or Theoule-sur-Mer, are at about 30 minutes by car. Grasse, the perfume city of France, is situated at 5 km and the famous ‘Route Napoleon’ can be entered at 3km. from the villa. The emplacement is ideal for long walks or biking tours. Nice airport is at about 1 hour by car.

This accommodation is fully equipped with WIFI and offers you wonderful opportunities for an unforgettable, relaxing and carefree holiday!

Apartment Mediterranee is situated at walking distance from the beach in the well kept domaine ‘Les Rivages des Issambres’ with large swimming pool, playing area for kids, restaurant and other facilities. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with 4 bunk beds and a masterbedroom with sliding doors to the large terrace with a SUPERB SEA VIEW on the bay of Saint Tropez !!

The apartment is modern and well maintained and situated at the top-floor and the lay-out is: Lift to 2nd floor and staircase to 3rd floor. Entree, hal/corridor with first bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, living of about 25m2 with sliding doors to the terrace with spectaculair views over the bay of Saint Tropez. The living has 2 lounge seats and there is TV, DVD, Canal Digital en wireless internet. The open plan kitchen has a dining bar for breakfast/lunch and is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, coffee and tea-maker as well as a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps) and one with double bed. Both with fixed wardrobe and airconditioning. From the master bedroom there are doors to the balcony / terrace with again this great view….!!! The 2nd bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washbasin and there is a separate toilet.

At the living there is a large terrace of about 20 m2 with dining table and chairs. A wonderful place to enjoy again the stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea during breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are also 2 sun beds to relax and enjoy your holidays. There is a private parking place where you can, if you want, leave your car the whole vacation since all is to be reached by feet or boat!

At the pool of the residence there are various seating areas and sun beds. There is also a bar where you can buy snacks, drinks, ice cream etc.

The harbor of Les Issambres is at 2 minutes walking distance with the ‘ Bateau-Vert’ the bus-boat to St.Tropez.
