Villa Aqui` s full name is Villa Aqui d` Aïa which means `from here to there` in the old Nissart (Nice) dialect.
In 2024, completely modernised detached villa with a large private pool of approx. 11.00x5.00 with complete privacy and with magnificent far and free views over the longitudinal valley to Contes / Nice. The villa faces south, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day.
Located on a large plot of land of 1,540 m2 that is fully fenced, at the end of a private road with no through traffic.
Via the private road and gate you reach the plot, where there is space for five or six cars on the private enclosed grounds.
This villa is suitable for 6 to 8 people and is fully air-conditioned.
Brief description: this luxury villa comprises a large living room with fireplace, a new luxury kitchen with all appliances and full equipment, four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with private bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, also with air conditioning, two with a large double bed `lit jumeaux` of 2.00x1.80 and the third room with two single beds of 2.00x0.90. If you put them together, this also creates a double bed `lit jumeaux` of 2.00x1.80. The second bathroom room, like the one on the ground floor, is equipped with a walk-in shower with handheld shower, a rain shower, a glass shower wall, towel radiator and a washbasin in which you will also find a hairdryer. Furthermore, there are two modern separate toilet rooms, a veranda, a summer kitchen, several sun terraces, a petanque court, three restanques and a pool house including a new washing machine and dryer.
Outside / Pool / Petanque / Garden
Through two doors and the large façade is the access to the large 13m wide completely covered terrace / veranda. Like the garden, this terrace faces south, but if you are looking for shade during the day, you can sit here and enjoy the nature around you. This terrace is perfect for a cosy lunch with friends or family. There are eight comfortable chairs around the long Monastery Table and a separate lounge area on the other side of the veranda for cosy drinks. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a new sink, cupboards with plates and glasses, a double hob and pots and pans. What completes this kitchen is the excellent working wood-fired Pizza oven!
One of the plus points, besides the magnificent views across the valley to the town of Contes, is of course the large swimming pool and its south-facing location. The pool is enclosed by a fence and an alarm system has been installed. Next to the pool is a `solarium`, a sun terrace, and there are plenty of sun beds. On the west side of the house is the Petanque court where you can play a game of `Jeu de Boules`.
In the fully enclosed private garden you can stroll along the three `restanques` which are there and you will undoubtedly experience the experience of living in nature, near all amenities.

There is usually a market on Wednesday and Saturday in the morning, selling regional and local products. Distance 9 km.Here you will also find several good restaurants that we can heartily recommend, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, an excellent fish shop with restaurant (where you can also order sushi), an artisan bakery etc.
