The villa is tastefully decorated by an interior architect and equipped with every luxury and comfort; for example, the villa is fully air-conditioned and has fibre-optic Wifi, and next to the private swimming pool in the spacious garden there is a French `Petanque`; a jeux de boules court.

Located in the Gulf of St Tropez, within cycling distance (3.5km) of this famous village with idealistic streets, port, shops, restaurants, terraces and of course the Provencal market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
The surroundings are great too; wine tasting at one of the wineries with vast vineyards nearby, walking and boating through Port-Grimaud, a relaxing stand holiday at one of the lovely sand and/or rocky beaches and/or water sports on the waves of the Mediterranean.

Saint Tropez is - despite its many visitors - a MUST BE to visit. Not only because of its beautiful location in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez with its famous harbor where always luxury yachts are docked.... St. Tropez also has to be visited of its sophisticated, charming town center with hip, upscale shopping, the world famous `Le Marché` and its swinging nightlife.
Within easy driving distance one can find the famous beaches of Pampelonne with its exclusive beach clubs. More inland the picturesque village of Ramatuelle, Grimaud, Gassin, Grimaud and La Garde Freinet are situated.
Port Grimaud is situated not far from the attractive town of Grimaud and is also called the `Venice` of southern France. From here you can also sail with the `bus-boat` (bâteaux verts) to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime.
The fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere ... everything is here for a wonderful holiday.
