Apartment Mimosa is one of the 5  apartments we rent out, situated in Villa Etoile d’Esterel in Agay. This well maintained villa, with private pool, is very well situated at walking distance to the sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. The beautiful red Esterel Mountains are at the back-round and inviting you for a long walk!

All apartments ( Apartment Mimosa – Apartment Hibiscus – Apartment Laurier – Apartment Rose – Apartment Lavande) have their own private terrace, modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. There is Satellite TV, radio with cd-player and wifi (Internet).
The villa offers a washing machine room and a private parking place for each apartment.
In the garden you will find some nice sunny and shade terraces and around the (heated) pool (8 x 4m) there are sufficient sun beds and seats.
All is available for a nice and relaxing holiday!

Apartment Mimosa is suitable for 2 persons, situated at the ground-floor, and the lay-out is as follows:
Terrace with exterior dining table, at the frontside, living with sitting area, dining table, open kitchen with most appliances.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, bedroom with double bed.

Maison Elouise

Maison “Elouise” can accommodate up to 5 persons. The house is semi-detached and equipped with air-conditioning.

There are 2 bedrooms, a modern ‘en-suite’ bathroom, extra sleeping space in the separated part of the living room, a front and back garden (S) with lots of privacy, and located in the luxury domaine with spacious pool.

The layout is as follows: front garden with covered terrace and seating. Entrance, bright living room with 2 x 2 doors to the garden. The living room is enlarged with a part of the garage, where the lounge area is placed with sofa bed (extra sleeping place for 5th guest). There is an open kitchen with cooking island and has a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. The kitchen is well equipped.
Via the open staircase you can reach the floor which is been completely renovated. A large storage closet with roller shutter has been placed in the stairwell. There is a modern fully tiled toilet with hand washbasin. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, is located on the side of the house and has a fixed in wall closet. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x box-spring) and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In a concealed arrangement, the washing machine is been placed. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating and has a ‘reversible’ air conditioning system.The backyard (plein Sud) is nicely laid out with various seats and sun-beds. There is a spacious terrace of approx. 40 m2 of which about 25m2 is covered and equipped with on outdoor dining area and gas-barbecue.

This accommodation is situated in the secured domaine “Green Village”, between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf, halfway up the hill between the golf course and the famous vineyard ‘Domaine Les Planes’.

Green Village is a great location not only for golf players but also for beach lovers, couples with young children or couples with small pets. The domaine has a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At the driveway you will find a child friendly equestrian center and ‘Les Hautes du Golf’ also has 3 beautiful situated tennis courts.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!

Villa Marcella

Villa “Marcella” is located below the golf course of Roquebrune-sur -Argens, and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

The villa is equipped with airconditioning. and has a lovely and spacious front and back garden with artificial gras, where you can relax or have a game of (foot) ball. There are attractive seats all-over the garden and the house has an open, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining room with patio doors to both the front and the backyard, 1 bedroom with private bathroom is situated on the ground floor and on the floor are 3 other bedrooms.

The layout is as follows: parking, front garden with lots of privacy, entrance hall, hallway with wardrobe space and toilet. L-shaped living room with seating and dining area and patio doors to both the front and back garden and an open L-shaped well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. Through the kitchen there is also a door to the garden with terrace and BBQ. On the ground floor the first bedroom with private bathroom with shower, washbasin furniture and toilet, is situated. This bedroom is fitted with a double bed wardrobe and patio door to the garden. The other 3 bedrooms are on the floor; 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 x single bed and 1 with bunk bed. All bedrooms have a fitted wardrobes. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower facilities, double sinks and there is a separate second toilet. This is a wonderfully situated home for a great vacation!

This accommodation is situated in domaine Les Rives du Golf, located between between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. There is a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At a few minutes, direction the beach, one will find a child friendly equestrian center.

The lay-out of apartment Albert, situated at the lower floor:
Entree, hal/corridor and staircase to the lower floor. Here you will go through the hall and find yourself in the bright living with dining area of about 27m2 with doors to the terrace with spectaculair views over the bay of Saint Tropez, Fréjus and St. Raphael. The living has a cozy lounge area and there is TV, DVD, Canal Digital en wireless internet. The kitchen is closed fully equipped with an combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, wash machine refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker, coffee and tea-maker. There are 2 bedrooms, each of about 13 m2 and each with double bed (1.80 x 2m) wardrobe and airconditioning.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. From both bedrooms there are doors to the balcony / terrace with again this great view….!!!

Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael and Sainte Maxime on the coast road to Saint-Tropez. This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. The bedroom features a wardrobe and has also sliding doors to the terrace with again wonderful view at the sea and is equipped with airconditioning. Apartment Mimosa

HOLIDAY AT A WINE ESTATE!
That option is now within your reach. We offer at “Domaine Des Planes”, a Provençal winery with organically processed vineyards of approximately 30 ha., a charming and rural apartment for rent.

Each tenant receives a nice bottle of ‘House-Wine” from the wine-producer and, during you stay, an information tour through the wine-area and on the ‘Chateau ‘ where you will be informed how these organically treated grapes makes this lovely wine. Wine that won many prizes at the Concours Général in Paris! Of course you are invited to taste the different types of wine….  The slogan of Domaine des Planes is ” Ici Bacchus a trouvé son Paradis ” and we do agree; this environment can really be called Paradise!

Near the apartment a spacious natural pool of 15m x 22m is located. In summer the avarage temperatures are between 22 and 28 degrees C. and, on a biological vineyard, the swimming pool is completely organic. This means no chemicals in this very soft water!

The apartment has a sitting room and a bedroom and can be rented for 2 persons. If you would like to come with more persons, there is a possibility to rent the adjacent villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms en is for rent for 4 persons. There is a possibility to place extra beds in the apartment and in the villa so the combination Villa & Apartment Mimosa is available for up to 8 persons.

The format of the apartment is as follows:
entrance, living room with French windows leading onto the garden/terrace at the front side, open L-shaped kitchen with all appliances and table/dinner tray. There is a spacious bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and there is a separate toilet. Also around the apartment there is a spacious garden with a charcoal barbecue.

The area around the apartment can be used by the tenants. For the children there is a tree house with swings and possibilities for many pleasant walks around the estate.

In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Apartment Golf Valescure

Apartment “Golf Valescure” is a beautiful, well situated TOP-APPARTMENT with communal pool located on the Valescure golf course in St Raphael and suitable for 4 persons.

From the terrace (on the top floor) you have a wonderful view over the golf course, rolling hills full of Pins Parasols and Esterel Mountains. The ideal base for a relaxing – sporting or golfing holiday.

The format is as follows: Entrance building with elevator to the third floor. Entrance hall and cozy living room with ‘smart-tv’, a sitting area and dining table. The living room adjoins the spacious terrace on the west. There is a well-equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, American fridge, oven with electric hob and various other kitchen appliances. The two bedrooms both have two large single beds and fixed wardrobes.  The bedrooms share a modern bathroom with bath and shower. For small children a child-cot is available. On the terrace is a large dining table with comfortable outdoor furniture; a lovely place to eat on a hot summer night and enjoy the beautiful views.

For your shopping you do not have to drive far. There is a small shopping center with bakery, supermarket, bank, pharmacy etc. only at 5 minutes drive or a 15 minutes walk. The communal pool is situated behind the apartment building.
The apartment is ideal for golfers. Indeed, you can walk to two 18-hole golf courses (Golf de l’Esterel and Golf de Valescure) and a 9 hole golf course at the Academy Valescure where you will find a possibility to attend a golf course. The clubhouses serves a great lunch or diner.

The beaches of St Raphael, Frejus and Agay are 15 car minutes away. Nice airport 60km. Cannes and St Tropez approx 40km. Beautiful scenery in the area, Esterel, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne etc. Very good wine chateaux. The area is known for its delicious Rosées …. This part of southern France is easily accessible by car, train and plane.

Maison Jessica

Maison “Jessica” is located down at the 18 holes Golf-course of Roquebrune sur Argens, and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The owner of this property offers tenants the option to use the four mountain bikes. This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has doors to the secluded garden where you can enjoy the wonderful French sun.

The format is as follows: Private parking, front garden with small terrace, entrance, hall with door to the garage with washing machine and storage space (no place for the car). Guest toilet, spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofa and cozy dining area. Very nice semi open kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, cooking area, oven, microwave and large refrigerator / freezer. Through the hall there are stairs to the floor with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony. The second bathroom has a bath. On this floor is also a separate toilet.

This accommodation is situated in domaine Les Rives du Golf, located between between the old Village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens en the beaches of Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. There is a secured gate and a large communal pool; open from the 1st May to the 15th of October. At a few minutes, direction the beach, one will find a child friendly equestrian center.

The picturesque Provence style village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 5 kilometers away. If you are going in the direction of the coast, you are within 10 minutes of the villages Les Issambres and Saint Aygulf. The last one connects on the coast with Frejus and Saint Raphaël, Les Issambres goes direction Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
To avoid the busy coast-way in the high season, you can also reach Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez by boat (bâteaux verts) from Les Issambres and Saint Raphaël. This boat trip at the Mediterranean is highly recommended!
