The beach and the centre of Boulouris-sur-Mer are at walking distance and if you want to visit Saint Raphael, Frejus and Agay you are only about 15 car minutes away. Nice airport is 60km. Cannes and St Tropez approx 40km. There is a beautiful scenery in the area, the Esterel mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour but also the typical Provencal villages as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne etc. and of course the very good wine chateaux since the area is known for its delicious Rosées …. This part of southern France is easily accessible by car, train and plane.

Villa Arcade d’Antheor is realy located directly behind the characteristic arches of Antheor at ONLY 60 meters from the sandy beach and at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel. From the villa one has great sea- and nature views!

This villa (approx. 215m2) with 2  separate units, each with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom,  has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and various terraces.
There is a small  “plunge pool” and a cozy garden with various seats and ofcourse the sea almost in the back-yard! Both units have airconditioning. Available up to 12 persons and due to the 2 fully equipped units, ideal for more families!

The format is as follows:
entrance via staircase to the floor, spacious hall, first living room with airconditioning, sliding doors to the first balcony, located at the front, and a sliding door to the terrace on the side; both with beautiful views of the Esterel mountains and the sea!
Closed kitchen, also with door to the side terrace. On this floor are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, a modern bathroom with shower, a spacious guest toilet and a spiral staircase to the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is also is a private entrance and the layout is as follows;
hall, spacious living room with air conditioning, open kitchen and sliding doors to the front terrace.
Also on this floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with air conditioning and double bed. a bedroom with bunkbed and the 3rd bedroom also with double bed. There is a washing machine room and a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet.

The plot is about 1350m2 and the garden is tastefully decorated and  has a large brick barbecue.
Next to the villa there is a campsite situated with a nice bar/ restaurant / shop and also in the area one can find lots of other restaurants, shops, villages and things to do. You are situated right on the coastal route between Monaco and Saint-Tropez and something closer, between to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël.
The walking path from next to the villa leads you into the beautiful nature reserve Massif de l’Esterel where one can walk for hours!!
Cannes is  about 25 km; famous for the film festival held each year in May, but also for its beautiful boulevard. In the area you will find more than 15 golf courses and if you want to enjoy the water then there are several boat trips possible. Also there is plenty cultural heritage in the region. Famous places like Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins, Valbonnes, Haut-Cagnes, Eze and Biot. Also the nice Provençal markets like the ones in Agay or Saint Raphael, are a must to go!

Gigantic sea- and panorama view at this detached, comfortable and quiet situated villa located in Le Trayas, Saint Raphaël.
Le Trayas is located against Miramar, municipality of Theoule-sur-Mer, and about 20 minutes from Cannes.
The house has at 3 sides various terraces; a private courtyard/patio on one side, a second side with outside bathtub the most spectaculair site is the one with the great sea-view at the terrace over the full with of the house with various seating areas, a lounge set, outside dining set with BBQ and an outside shower with warm and cold water..
The villa has 2 floors with on the upper floor 2 bedrooms, both equipped with airconditioning, and a modern bathroom. From each and every room one can enjoy the panoramic sea-view.

The format is as follows: entrance area with sufficient parking space for the property, stairs to the patio, entrance villa on the bedroom level, hall, guest toilet, bathroom with hairdryer, bath and shower facilities. Bedroom 1 with double bed, electrical adjustable, wall closet, and doors to a private balcony with cozy seats and the panoramic sea view. Location: between beach and mountains. The beach is at about 5 minutes by car and there also a a small supermarket for the daily groceries.  Cannes is only 20 kilometers away from the Villa. Close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green area at a private flat plot of about 6.000 m2 you will find Villa Hameau de Valescure. No neighbours to see anywhere in and around the villa and its park.
Beautiful trees and yet close to all facilities and the beaches we offer you this spacious ground-floor ‘architect designed villa’ (ca. 200 m2) with 4 bedrooms. There is a modern private salt water swimming pool (10 x 5m) (redone in 2017), in a landscaped parkgarden and, as mentioned, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Agay, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 till 10 car minutes drive from the villa.

The format is as follows: driveway to the villa with sufficient parking places, entrance, hal way, large and bright living with doors over the full length of the living room to the outside terrace (west) and garden. Great views into the green and trees. At the other side of the lounge area, with tv-set and open fire place, there is a library area with lots of books and behind the lounge you will find the dining area, also with doors to a dining terrace with barbecue area. There is a fully equipped closed kitchen with door to the outside dining area and a connection to the washing machine area with washing machine and dryer.

There is a lovely private pool (8 x 4.5m) in a beautifully landscaped backyard, facing south, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Agay, or on the other side the coast of Saint Raphael, with all the nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 car minutes drive from the villa.

Not far from the centre of Saint Raphaël and close to the golf courses of Valescure in a beautiful green domestic area we have for rent the modern totally renewed Villa which is available for 10 persons! There are 5 bedrooms, all with airconditioning and most with private bathroom. A nice private swimming pool with great view over the village and the Esterel Mountains.

The format is as follows: front garden, entrance, hallway, first bedroom with airconditioning, fixed in wardrobe, double bed, doors connecting to the front terrace and a large private bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Through the hallway open staircase down to the large living with airconditioning, doors to the terrace a the backside, open fire place, cosy lounge area, dining area and modern open kitchen with all appliances like oven, microwave, American fridge. Located almost ON the golf courses of Valescure, which connects to the beautiful garden of the villa, with great and unobstructed views,  is this beautiful and very well maintained villa with garage. There is a large infinity swimming pool (5 x 12m) and lots of privacy on the whole plot. A spacious and bright living room, modern indoor and outdoor kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathroom and a beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden with various seating – and relaxation areas. Provencal plants and trees such as cypresses, citrus and olive trees, rows of agapanthus, oleanders, laurel roses, palm trees and the like provide that wonderful Provencal atmosphere and scent.
Even in the evening it is pleasant to be here with beautiful and atmospheric lighting throughout the garden, the swimming pool and along all the paths and stairs.
The heated overflow swimming pool (5 x 12m), equipped with a pool alarm, has a ‘Romain staircase’ and there are various seating areas, lounge and dinner areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun!

The villa is located in the green rea of Valescure, ideally located by beautiful golf and tennis courts, and the beaches of St Raphael, Fréjus and Agay are only 10 minutes away by car. Shops for daily shopping are located nearby. Nice airport is around 60 km, Toulon / Hyeres around 100 km. Cannes and St. Tropez is approx. 40 km. This area has beautiful nature such as the Esterel mountains, the Gorges du Verdon, the Lac de Ste Croix, but also the Plan du Mercantour. Apartment “Boulouris-sur-Mer” is a modern, bright and well situated apartment for 4 persons, in a beautiful secluded small residential complex with elevator and has a large private terrace of about 20 m2

The location is perfect; Boulouris; “THE” seaside resort near Saint Raphael; within walking distance of the sea, with a beautiful promenade with two small ports and nice restaurants. Also the village center, with the weekly Provencal market, and also everything you need including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, bookstore, tabac etc. etc. is just a 3 minutes walk. Boulouris also has its own railway station (only 5 walking minutes), with trains to, Cannes and Nice and near the apartment you will also find a bus stop.

The apartment is very bright and spacious and the format is as follows: entrance building, elevator and stairs to the first floor, bright entrance hall, living room with a double ‘click-clack’ sleeping bed, tv and radio set, sliding doors to the large semi-circular terrace, facing south, with sunscreen, small sea-view but especially view at the beautiful kept garden, belonging to the complex. There is a well equipped open kitchen with most appliances and through the living room a passage leads to the toilet, the bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine and the bedroom with 2 ‘box-spring-beds’, fixed wardrobe and doors to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with a mobile airco and in the complex there is a large enclosed car parking.

The beach and the centre of Boulouris-sur-Mer are at walking distance and if you want to visit Saint Raphael, Frejus and Agay you are only about 15 car minutes away. Nice airport is 60km. Cannes and St Tropez approx 40km. There is a beautiful scenery in the area, the Esterel mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour but also the typical Provencal villages as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne etc. and of course the very good wine chateaux since the area is known for its delicious Rosées …. This part of southern France is easily accessible by car, train and plane.

In the high season you can only reserve this apartment with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Sunday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Villa Pastorale, originally designed as a hameau that represents the traditional style, is situated in the centre of the old Valescure area of Saint Raphael, famous for its microclimate at about 5 minutes from the beach of Agay and, at the other site, the beach of Saint Raphaël. Three famous and traditional golf courses are just a few meters away; there even is a private entrance to the golf-course! The tranquility of this place provides a serene holiday while you can also play the pétanque game or just relax by the pool (15 x 4.5m). The garden, with typical Mediterranean plants, is secluded and offers lots of space. In the garden you will find an outside barbecue area with lounge and dining table. There is a separate pool house with extra shower and dressing, and at the ground floor of the villa a sauna with shower area and a small gym for your daily workouts. There also is a table-tennis available

The villa is been fully renovated and the owner has put a great attention to conserve the authenticity. The interior is been decorated with great taste and harmony associating colours, fabrics with a lot of charm. Lots of show business celebrities are been welcomed here and we look forward to welcome you as well! Next to a large lounge and dining area of about 70m2 with 6m high ceilings, there is a bar, often busy during cocktail hours. An extra sitting room with fire place is very comfortable and the ideal place to read. Above the living you will find the ‘vide & entresol’ with extra lounge area. The villa offers overal lots of space. There are 5 bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace or balcony and an extra smal apartment (no view), with a bedroom with double bed and singe bed, a private kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is ideal for the nanny or larger children.

The format is as follows:
Entree, hallway with guest toilet, lounge/living, dining area, pantry connected to a large kitchen with all appliances, 2 x oven and 2 x induction cooker, large fridges etc. The villa offers a variatie of luxury tableware to lunch and dine in style. Next to the kitchen you will find an office, a cellar, lingerie and a laundry enable to do all the different daily tasks in comfort. Connected to the hallway and lounge you will find the ‘corner fire’ with a very large fireplace.
Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with restroom, decorated with different tones of blue in order to give a Mediterranean identity, are situated on the ground floor.
At the floor a boudoir opens up to two bedrooms, again each with en-suite bathrooms and toilet en doors to a terrace and large private situated ‘solarium’ overlooking the green of the area.
The annex is equipped with a living, kitchenette, bedroom with double and single bed and private shower.
All the bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning.

There is a daily hotel cleaning service (mon-fri) for the villa and the outdoor area’s will be taken care of by the gardner and pool company.

The swimming pool of 15 meters by 4,5 meters is secured by an electric stiff roller blind.
A long covered terrace offers a summer lounge and dining area with a large barbecue which can be a real summer kitchen, all situated next to the lawn extending to the swimming pool.
The carport can cover 4 cars.

The villa is located in the Valescure area, ideal placed for beautiful golf courses. The beaches of St Raphael, and Agay at 10 car minutes and shops nearby. Nice airport 60km, Airport of Toulon / Hyeres 100km. Cannes and St Tropez 40km. Beautiful natural surroundings, Esterel Mountains, Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Ste Croix, Plan du Mercantour. Typical Provencal villages such as Frejus, Les Arcs, Fayence, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, etc. In the winter there are skiing facsilities at 2 hours drive (Auron, Isola 2000, Valberg). This area is well known for its very good wine chateaux and delicious rosé wine but also the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday.

In this part of southern France, the Cote d’Azur, we count with 300 days of sunshine per year!

Wonderful luxury villa with climatisation, swimming pool pool (4×9 m and 1,2 – 2m. deep) and sea-view in Antheor, Agay, Saint Raphael on the French Riviera.
The house consist of three units with own entrance and each their kitchen and bathroom, so this property is perfect for larger groups or several families who wants to enjoy a vacation together. The three units can NOT be rented seperately. This villa has been very tastefully renovated and decorated and has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation.

Villa Eole Roc is located 100 m over sea level and has a great view on the Esterel mountains and the sea. Only a few minutes by foot from both sand and stone beaches. At the sand beach you will also find a small shop where you can buy the most necessary groceries and some restaurants. At  10-15 minutes by car away you will find the golf court Golf de Valescure, which is the oldest golf course in the Var. Just behind the house you will find the beautiful Esterel mountains where you can go hiking and enjoy the nature.

The villa is about 225 m2 and equipped with airconditioning.

Mainhouse: Ground floor: Hall, living room with sofa areas and sofa bed: 120x190cm, dining area and exit to garden, well equiped kitchen with exit to veranda with dining table, double bed room (bed 160x200cm), that can be separated into 2 single beds) , double bed room (140×190 cm), bathroom with shower & toilet and a seperate toilet.
First floor: Living room with american kitchen, double bed room (160×200 cm), bed room with 2 single beds (2x80x190 cm), bathroom with shower, seperate toilet room.
Annex: Living room with American kitchen and with sofa bed (120×190 cm), double bed room (140×190 cm) with bath room, separate toilet room.
With the 2 double ‘click-clack-beds’ we can accommodate 14 persons in villa Eole Roc.

Note: The railroad track runs just behind the house- in between the house and the Esterel mountains but it does not give an loud noice due to to the protecting wall which is been placed.
Distances: Anthéor is a small gemt on the French Riviera only 30 minutes from the famous film city, Cannes and 20 minutes from Saint Raphael. Agay is 5 minutes away by car and offers many nice restaurants and shops, beaches and watersports. The distance from Nice airport is 50 minutes by car. The Distance to the Gorges du Verdon  is about 100 km and for skiing the distance to Isola 2000 is about 125 km.
