Villa Tikki in Grimaud, between Sainte Maxime and St. Tropez, in a green and quiet area and about 10 minutes from the beaches, restaurants and shops, you will find the cozy bungalow with private pool.
The villa, which can accommodate 6 people, has a well-kept garden and next to the large pool a `Tikki`; a garden pavilion with a lovely shaded seating area.

The format is as follows:
Closed driveway to the front garden and the house with parking places for 2/3 cars. Entrance villa, cozy open living with sitting and dining area with French doors to the garden and a passage to the kitchen which is equipped with most appliances. Through the kitchen you will also have an access to the garden and pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink and is located on one side of the house. On the other side you will find the sleeping area with another 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. All rooms have double beds and closet space. The second bathroom has a double sink and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet.

Around the pool, with `roman staircase` is a lovely terrace and the garden with lawn. There is a pool house with a bar and washing machine area. In the garden is a gas-barbecue and furthermore of course the Tikki where it is wonderful to relax and to which the villa owes its name.

Port Grimaud is situated not far from the attractive town of Grimaud and is also called the `Venice` of southern France. From here you can also sail with the `bus-boat` (bâteaux verts) to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season arrival other arrival and departure days are possible.
