Through our website www.azurpavillon.com we advertise various houses, apartments and luxury villas in French, English, German and Dutch at the Scandinavian, French, Dutch, Belgian, German, Swiss Austrian, Luxembourg, and English spoken market. We send out newsletters and pay for advertisements in the above-named countries.

We organize the full reservation process as from the requests, sending extra information, have phone- and e-mail contact with potential renters, make reservations, send confirmations, organising the caution/bond and the financial completion.

Tenant Management

Tenant Management of your holiday home in France means that Azur Pavillon will organize all for your tenants when you rent out your holiday home. Also, when renting out through other agencies, web-site platforms or if you make your own reservations, we can be your organizer ‘on the spot’ for the Tenant Management.

The tenant management involves that Azur Pavillon, during the entire stay of the tenant’s, will be 24/7 their personal contact and service desk. A safe and comfortable feeling for your and our tenants!

The tenant management includes the following activities:

Before arrival of the guests: 

  • Prepare the property for the tenants;
  • Final cleaning check;
  • Open shutters;
  • Control beds are tidy and made;
  • Monitoring presence towels and other linens;

Optionally:

  • Placing a chilled bottle of rosé in the property;
  • Tuning on the aircon / heating / pool heating;        

Arrival of the guests:

  • Reception AT THE PROPERTY and explanation of the house;
  • Information about the surroundings, shops etc.

           
During the stay of the guests:

  • Being available for any questions and emergencies; 

Departure of the guests:

  • Control / check together with the tenants of the rented property;
  • Reception of the keys;
  • Coordination of the cleaning and linen after departure of the tenants (see also other expenses);
  • Brief report by email to the owner when problems, for refund of the caution to the tenant.              

House Management Service

During our work in management & tenant management in recent years, we have noticed that owners of holiday rental properties also like to use these services and our relationships with local businesses.

Services such as arranging problems over the phone with: -the internet, -our plumber, -electrician, -contractor and other existing contacts we have built up over the years. This organising and following up takes a lot of time and in order not to send an invoice for every email, phone call etc, or every visit to the property, we offer ‘our’ owners a House Management Service subscription for a flat fee.
