Selling a property: This includes advertising and promotion, processing requests for information, scheduling and conducting viewings, negotiations, notary contacts and composition of the sales file.
Purchase: If we assist you with the purchase of a property. Usually we share the commission with the selling broker. In that case our assistance will be free of charge! If you buy a property for which we have the sales mandate, the commission will be paid by the seller and is included in the purchase price.
Holiday rental: This include advertising and and promotion, processing requests, information, reservations, confirmations and financial completion.
Property Management for Holiday Rental: your on-site organizer for owners & tenants.
